Odyssey Jones Undergoes Successful Surgery, Projected To Return Fall 2022

Odyssey Jones will be out of action for the foreseeable future.

During the January 25 episode of NXT 2.0, Vic Joseph revealed that Jones had undergone successful surgery for a ruptured patellar tendon and would "probably" be able to make a return to the ring this fall.

The injury came against Saurav during a taping of 205 Live earlier this month, though the match did not make it to air. Jones was seen on television last week visiting the trainer's office and was attacked with a crutch by Harland and Joe Gacy.

Jones' last televised match was on December 28 against Grayson Waller, who coincidentally, just introduced Saurav as his bodyguard last week during his bout with Dexter Lumis.
