Omos talks about the benefits of having MVP by his side.
Omos is hoping to land a spot on the WrestleMania 40 card, wants another shot at Bobby Lashley, and says he's working on improving every day.
Omos doesn't wrestle frequently, but he is continuing to improve his game in hopes that he can end up with another major spot at WrestleMania following his two previous WrestleMania matches with Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley.
During an appearance on the Battleground Podcast, Omos was asked about his goals for 2024 and said that his biggest goal every year is appearing on WrestleMania.
"Yeah, I think obviously, the one coming up is the big Super Bowl of WWE. So hopefully I get to have a match at WrestleMania. That is always my goal every year to be on that card. Because no WrestleMania is a dream for some but man, it's an honor for me whenever I get to be out there, you know, be with the fans and just absorb the atmosphere of about 80,000-100,000 people, there's nothing like that. It's always my biggest goal every year, absolutely."
When asked if he has any specific plans for his WrestleMania match, Omos simply says he's working harder every day.
"I have been working, man. I'm excited but I've been working. We work every day, man." he said.
When his time in the ring with Bobby Lashley was mentioned, Omos said he needed his rematch with his WrestleMania 38 opponent.
"Hey, man. I would love that rematch. I need my rematch, Bobby."
In recent history, Omos has worked a slew of house show matches with the likes of R-Truth and Akira Tozawa. He appeared in the 2024 WWE Royal Rumble and before that, he last appeared on TV in the SummerSlam Battle Royal.
