Paige: I Would Like To Get Back On The Road As A General Manager

One day after Paige retired on the April 9, 2018 episode of WWE Raw, she was announced as the new general manager of SmackDown. Paige thrived in the general manager role, receiving praise from critics for being a smart general manager who didn't fall victim to the usual WWE GM pitfalls.

Paige remained in the GM role until December 2018, when it was announced the McMahon family would be taking back the power and giving it to fans.

Speaking to Lilian Garcia on Chasing Glory, Paige reflected on her time as GM and stated she would like to get back to the role, should the opportunity present itself.

"I would like to get back on the road if I was general manager. That was something I really loved and enjoyed because it took me out of my comfort zone. I had a lot of verbiage to remember. I really enjoyed that and would love to come back and do that kind of stuff. If not, I'm really content on just doing appearances here and there or doing media stuff and do WWE Backstage. It is fun because I get to hang with Renee, we have CM Punk on there, Booker and Christian are always amazing. We have our own little family and I really enjoy that," she said.

Paige had a short stint as the manager of the Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) following her run as GM. She is now a regular panelist on WWE Backstage.

Elsewhere in the interview, Paige revealed she's working on a reality show with her boyfriend Ronnie Radke. You can find her full comments on the potential show by clicking here.
