Vince McMahon is allowing Pat McAfee the chance to live forever.
Vince McMahon has been very candid in his interview with Pat McAfee and he is also allowing Pat McAfee to live a dream and compete at WrestleMania.
The night that Pat McAfee will be competing on is yet to be decided and his opponent has not been named either but Vince McMahon has agreed that Pat McAfee will compete at WrestleMania 38 and it has been made official by WWE.

"I want to offer you something. I know you love what we do and you're part of the team, big time. People in the organization really enjoy you. Fans all over the world really enjoy you being you. You can't find anyone, I can't imagine back in the day Bob Costas standing up on the desk and dancing. You're you and that's why it works. With that, I'd like to offer you an opportunity to actually wrestle at WrestleMania. In the ring. It would be different than when you play for the Colts. You were the punter. Now, in the ring, you're going to be a linebacker," said Vince.
"There's been a lot of chatter on the internet about me getting back in the ring and wrestling at WrestleMania. I've had so many conflicted feelings because I'm out of shape. There's a lot of vitamins that go into these lungs. WrestleMania is the standard. I would love to," McAfee said.
"We'll find a worthy opponent for you and put you in the ring. I don't bullshit. I don't do that," said Vince.
Pat McAfee first made his appearance inside the squared circle at NXT TakeOver XXX against Adam Cole. Pat McAfee has not wrestled a match since WarGames in 2020. This will be Pat McAfee’s first match on the WWE main roster.
