Kayla Braxton says goodbye.
The June 28 episode of WWE SmackDown marked Kayla Braxton's final show, as she had announced that she would be leaving WWE.
In a video on their YouTube channel, WWE shared a compilation of Braxton saying goodbye to WWE stars on her final night with the company. The Miz, LA Knight, Bayley, Paul Heyman, and Nia Jax appear in the video. Knight pretended that he did not have anything to say, while Heyman finally got revenge by sneaking up on Braxton.
Jax jokingly said that she was sick of Kayla. Bayley noted that she did not have anything prepared, as she thought getting Braxton some tequila the week before was sufficient. She then read a statement that Braxton seemingly wrote herself.
“Kayla Braxton, what will we do without you? Wow, Paul Heyman was a really lucky guy. Michael Cole made the best decision of his career when he had…Look, I know what you’re doing. All those things, sure. Maybe Michael will miss you. There will be no more ringing in my ear in the locker room. I won’t miss that. I can text you, I’ll text you," Bayley said.
Bayley went on to joke that Braxton had overstayed her welcome, and she carried her away.
