Paul Heyman has been selected to be the host of a new television program.
According to The Wrap, Paul Heyman's marketing company has expanded to television and will be partnering with Roy Bank of Banca Studio. The partnership was created with the goal of creating multiple shows but Heyman said Bank wanted to do the first show with Heyman as the star.
"Against my strenuous objection, Roy Bank has decided our first collaborative project will be centered around me,” said Heyman. “I have come to the educated conclusion Roy has made this decision based on a desire when pitching from the networks that we learn how to deal with rejection,” he continued.
Also in the interview, Bank said Heyman brings a particular energy that he believes will add to the show. Both Heyman and Bank did not divulge details about the show except it will be unscripted and blur lines between genres. Bank called the idea for the show "radical" and believes it will please anyone who is a fan of Heyman.
