He's alive.
After being set on fire by Steve Maclin & Bully Ray, PCO re-emerged on the August 10 episode during a 3-on-2 Handicap Match pitting Laredo Kid and Black Taurus against Bully Ray, Moose, and Brian Myers. The match was set to be three-on-three as Samuray Del Sol was supposed to make his IMPACT debut tonight in the six-man tag team main event, but X-Division Champion Lio Rush had taken him out backstage. When the lights went out, Bully Ray was attempting to take Kid's mask off. PCO made his sudden reappearance. PCO clears Moose and Myers from the ring, then stalks Bully to the back.
As the show came to an end, Bully Ray carjacls an innocent observer and drives away in their car, narrowly avoiding PCO's vengeful rage for the night.
