Penta Shares His Thoughts On Competing As A Singles Wrestler In WWE

Penta is comfortable both as a singles wrestler and as a member of a tag team.

Penta made his WWE debut on the January 13th episode of WWE Raw, and he defeated Chad Gable. Since then, he has picked up wins against Pete Dunne and Ludwig Kaiser. Penta has competed as a singles wrestler in WWE, whereas he was largely featured as a tag team competitor alongside Rey Fenix in AEW.

Speaking with CBS Sports' Shakiel Mahjouri (via SHAK Wrestling) ahead of WWE Royal Rumble, Penta was asked about transitioning into his singles run in WWE.

“I’m very comfortable because Penta myself in the ring is more aggressive, more violent, more different style around the world. But when my brother is with me with the tag team, it’s different, more dynamic, more special, more high-flyer. This is the difference, but I feel comfortable with both," Penta said.
