Pentagon Jr. Becomes The New IMPACT World Champion

The man with "zero fear" is now the holder of IMPACT's top championship.

At the IMPACT Wrestling vs. Lucha Underground event on April 6th, Austin Aries, Pentagon Jr., and Fenix clashed in a three-way match following Alberto El Patron no-showing the event. Shortly after, El Patron was released from IMPACT Wrestling which left the company without a main event for their 'Redemption' PPV. It would soon be revealed that the main event for the PPV would be a rematch between Aries, Pentagon Jr. and Fenix but this go-around Austin Aries' IMPACT World Championship would be on the line.

Each man went tit-for-tat with the other as the IMPACT World Title hung in the balance. At the end of the contest the menacing Lucha Underground representative Pentagon Jr. walked out of 'Redemption' as the new IMPACT World Champion.
