Playboi Carti is wrestling with his demons.
On Friday, September 27, Playboi Carti and The Weeknd released their latest song ‘Timeless’. The song dives into themes of love, wealth, fame, and being timeless.
During the last line of the first verse, Playboi Carti rapped about feeling like he’s The Rock because he’s wrestling with his demons.
“I'm wrestlin' all of my demons, I feel like The Rock,” Carti rapped on ‘Timeless’.

In the past, both Playboi Carti and The Weekend have made numerous references to the world of professional wrestling. More notably, The Weeknd has been responsible for the theme songs for WrestleMania 36, WrestleMania 37, WrestleMania 38, WrestleMania 39, and WrestleMania 40.
Fightful will update fans if The Weeknd returns as the theme song artist for WrestleMania 41.
