Drake Maverick was caught off guard at his wedding.
205 Live General Manager Drake Maverick and former MCW Women's Champion Renee Michelle got married this weekend and as Maverick and Michelle were leaving the alter, Maverick came face-to-face with a WWE official who was with R-Truth and Truth rolled up Maverick to win the WWE 24/7 Championship for a sixth time.

Drake Maverick defeated R-Truth to become 24/7 Champion this past Tuesday on SmackDown Live when he pinned Truth in the parking lot of the 'Citizens Business Bank Arena' in Ontario, California.
Renee Michelle took to Twitter to comment on the title change and jokingly expressed that she wants a divorce after Drake allowed for the 24/7 Title to affect their wedding.

PWInsider provided additional details about the wedding and noted that the title change was Maverick's idea. The title change took place after Maverick and Michelle said their vows and NXT creative writer Joseph Belcastro stepped in to play the role of the marriage officiant. There was more material shot after the wedding but it has not been confirmed whether that material will be used or not.
The 205 Live brand will be represented this weekend at WWE's Stomping Grounds pay-per-view as Tony Nese will defend the Cruiserweight Championship in a Triple-Threat match against Drew Gulak and Akira Tozawa.
