R-Truth says Shane Helms provides great verbiage for promos.
R-Truth has been with the WWE since 2008 and his second run in the company has been filled with memorable moments that have endeared him to wrestling fans. Those moments have came by way of his in-ring performances, promo segments and at times, being at the wrong place at the right time and vice versa.
R-Truth has earned trust from WWE to put his own spin on his promos and segments and he further elaborated on that during his appearance on E&C's Pod Of Awesomeness. Truth spoke about how he is asked to add his own verbiage and thoughts into his segments. Truth also credited former two-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion and WWE backstage producer Shane 'Hurricane' Helms for providing him with material for promos.
“Oh my goodness, he is -- if you could record some of the stuff me and Hurricane -- oh my gosh. He is one of the funniest guys I know man. Oh my God, I love Hurricane. Oh my God, he is so funny, and he gives me a lot of good stuff man. A lot of good verbiage.” Truth shared.
