Raquel Rodriguez is back with bad blood for Rhea Ripley.
Raquel Rodriguez has been out of action since the February 26 episode of WWE Raw when she faced Chelsea Green in a singles match. In January, she revealed she was diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.
She returned at WWE Bad Blood to help her former tag team partner Liv Morgan retain her Championship over Rhea Ripley in a match where Morgan's beau, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio, was suspended from a shark cage.
Mysterio was not suspended directly above the ring but over the rampway. He mostly sat in the shark cage and played up his fear of heights while watching the match, occasionally getting animated whenever Morgan took control. Eventually, he opened the cage door and appeared to contemplate jumping down from it, but he was too scared to do anything about it. Eventually, he nearly stumbled out of the cage and ended up hanging upside down with his foot caught up in a chain on the cage. Ripley took advantage of the situation and beat Dom with a Kendo stick like a pinata.
That is when Raquel showed up to attack Ripley, causing Ripley to win by disqualification per the rules of WWE; this means Morgan retained the championship because she was not pinned or made to submit.
