Red Velvet wants a match with an AEW Women's Champion in the future.
At Ring Of Honor Final Battle, Red Velvet defeated Leyla Hirsch to retain her women's television championship, with the assistance of a wrench.
Following the victory, at the Ring Of Honor Final Battle press conference, Kimmy Sokol of Pop asked about who could be the next challenger for Red Velvet, with the champion calling for a match with TBS Champion Mercedes Mone.
"Are we staying in Ring of Honor or can I say anybody? Anybody. TK, give me [Mercedes] Mone. Everybody wants it. Let’s go. Let’s make it happen. Let’s do it. Absolutely. Line them up. You know I always cook, Tony. He knows. Let’s keep cooking. Let’s bring them. I never turn down a challenge. I’m ready for anybody and everyone, so bring them. I’m ready. I’m hungry."
Mone most recently defended her AEW TBS Championship on this past Wednesday's edition of AEW Dynamite.
