Report: AEW Taped Potentially Months Of Content, No Wrestlers Have Coronavirus Symptoms

AEW has reportedly taped enough content to fill weeks, if not months, of television.

Wade Keller of PWTorch reports that AEW finished its tapings in Norcross, GA before the shelter-in-place order went into effect at midnight on Thursday. The company reportedly has enough footage to fill upcoming Dynamite episodes for weeks, if not months. If the shelter-in-place order eases up in the coming weeks, some matches could be moved to AEW Dark.

A state official was present at the tapings to ensure AEW followed the rules and regulations of social spacing and the maximum number of people in one place at a time.

The entire AEW TNT Title tournament has been taped up until the finals, which are set for AEW Double or Nothing on May 23. AEW will mix in footage from the Daily's Place tapings and the Georgia tapings in the upcoming weeks.

PWTorch reports there is no knowledge of anyone on the AEW roster having any coronavirus symptoms. All talent has been instructed to isolate for two weeks before coming in contact with anyone.

It is unknown when AEW will tape again as the situation changes daily. Fightful will continue to update fans as more is known.
