Report: Bobby Fish Expected Back By The End Of 2018

Bobby Fish still appears on NXT television, but hasn't wrestling since a March 4 injury left him with a torn ACL and MCL in his left knee. Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer provided an update on Fish's returning, stating that the Undisputed ERA member is expected back in November or December.

Fish underwent surgery days after suffering the injury at a NXT live event.

A tag team champion at the time, Fish relinquished his half of the titles to stablemate Adam Cole. Cole and Kyle O'Reilly defended the belts at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans, emerging victorious in a three way tag team match that also featured Roderick Strong & Pete Dunne and The Authors of Pain. Strong turned on Dunne in that bout, joining Undisputed ERA and taking Fish's place as the tag team championship alongside O'Reilly.

Despite the injury, Fish continues to accompany The Undisputed ERA to the ring for their matches. On Wednesday's edition of NXT, Fish was spotted hovered over the prone body of Ricochet as Undisputed ERA leader Cole taunted The One and Only.
