The fallout from AEW All Out continues.
On Tuesday, Fightful Select reported Punk injured his triceps during a dive in his AEW All Out main event match against Jon Moxley. Punk was icing his tricep area during the media scrum.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Punk's injury is serious and he is in Chicago, not Buffalo, which is the site of Wednesday's AEW Dynamite.
Meltzer added, "it's been confirmed to me no matter what happens discipline-wise that the title situation has to be changed and addressed tonight."
In an update, Tony Khan confirmed that both the situations surrounding the AEW World Title and the AEW World Trios Titles will be addressed on tonight's episode of Dynamite.

Punk won the AEW World Title in the main event of All Out, defeating Jon Moxley. He was confronted by MJF, who won the Casino Ladder Match to earn a future title shot, to close the show.
Multiple wrestlers, including Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks, have reportedly been suspended for their role in the altercation that occurred between the Bucks, Omega, Punk, and Ace Steel. No decision has been made regarding the futures of Punk and Steel. Punk reportedly met with Tony Khan on Tuesday to discuss the matter.
Fightful Select has more details on the post-media scrum altercation, including stories from both sides.
Fightful will have live coverage of AEW Dynamite beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
