The Virtuosa is reportedly headed to Orlando.
According to Squared Circle Sirens, Deonna Purrazzo has signed a developmental deal with WWE and will report to the WWE Performance Center in the coming weeks. This would be a surprising development because in April, Purrazzo began to be advertised for the All In show on September 1st.
It should be noted Squared Circle Sirens reported Purrazzo signed with Ring of Honor in January which was later confirmed by Fightful Wrestling. Ring of Honor contracted wrestlers have been allowed to sign with WWE in the past.
She has already appeared on NXT and WWE television. She competed in a few matches in NXT against the likes of Nia Jax, Asuka, and Bayley and she was attacked by Alexa Bliss before their match on Smackdown.
Outside of WWE, Purrazzo competed in the Women of Honor tournament and has been in several matches on Ring of Honor broadcasts. She toured Japan with STARDOM and has worked for some of the biggest independent promotions across the country.
Purrazzo has also been featured several times on Fightful's The List and Ya Boy podcast during interview segments where she has spoke about her previous work with WWE. She also wrote an article for Fightful about her time in Japan.
Fightful Wrestling will continue to monitor the situation regarding Purrazzo's status on the independent circuit and her place on the All In card.
