Report: Former ROH Producer And Director Chris Resnick Hired By WWE

WWE adds Chris Resnick to their team.

Former Ring Of Honor producer and director Chris Resnick informed ROH on July 25th that he would be departing from the company and as reported by PWInsider, WWE has hired Resnick to work on WWE Network programming.

Resnick worked on ROH's weekly TV series and pay-per-views. He was a part of the company for eight years, produced and directed over 400 episodes of ROH TV and it is noted in the report that Resnick is "extremely" well-liked by the talents in the company.

Ring Of Honor is coming off the helms of their 'Manhattan Mayhem' and 'Mass Hysteria' TV tapings that were streamed live on HonorClub. Next up for the company is Summer Supercard and the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Title was slated to be defended at the show but due to ROH and the NWA ending their partnership, Nick Aldis will no longer be competing on the show and here's a look at the updated match card:
