Report: IMPACT Wrestling Paying For Talent Lodging; Update On Killer Kross

Notes on IMPACT Wrestling.

Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports that IMPACT Wrestling is now paying for talent lodging while on the road. The perk started at the recent IMPACT tapings in Mexico and is expected to be a regular thing moving forward. This is the first time since Anthem took over the company that IMPACT has paid for lodging.

Johnson goes on to report that Killer Kross was in Toronto on family business when IMPACT taped television in Windsor on July 19 and 20, but IMPACT decided against booking him for the tapings. Kross has not been used on IMPACT since Slammiversary on July 7 when he lost to Eddie Edwards. IMPACT will tape from Las Vegas, Kross' hometown, on Sept. 5 and 6. There is no word if he will be booked on those tapings.

IMPACT talent is reportedly sympathetic towards Kross, who asked for a raise, and then his release when that was denied, in order to better take care of his family. IMPACT also denied Kross' release request. You can find out more about Kross' release request by clicking here.
