Nordholm insisted Impact Wrestling is up to date with all payments. He said the payments are processed within a month of taping during the following month. He gave the example of the last two sets of tapings' checks being sent in the middle of the next month. Nordholm said the November tapings' payments were sent in mid-December and were held up because of Christmas. He claimed the payments for the January tapings were mailed in mid-February. He also brought up the move of Impact Wrestling headquarters to Canada as a reason for delay because of the mail service crossing the border into the United States.
