"The Charismatic Enigma" is nearing a return to WWE.
After a surprise return and a RAW Tag Team Title win at WrestleMania 33, fans were excited to see The Hardy Boyz. Fast forward to September of 2017, Jeff Hardy would be competing in a six-pack challenge to determine a new #1 contender for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. During the match, Hardy suffered an injury that would soon be revealed as a torn rotator cuff and labrum. He would undergo rotator cuff surgery in October of 2017 and it would sideline the former 4-time WWE Intercontinental Champion.
The injury has kept Jeff Hardy out of action, but according to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, that time is now up as the former WWE Champion has been given the green light to return to in-ring action by his surgeon. The site notes that all that is needed now is for Hardy to be cleared by WWE and then he will be able to return.
