PCO, once known as one-half of the former 3-time WWF Tag Team Champions The Quebecers has reached new heights in terms of his popularity in professional wrestling. PCO's rising popularity has garnered the attention of many promotions and companies but according to PWInsider, Ring Of Honor is interested in PCO to the point that they have signed Ouellet to a full-time exclusive contract. The site notes that it is to be believed that PCO inked the deal over the last week and promotions such as 'Black Label Pro Wrestling' have began to announce that PCO will no longer be appearing at his scheduled dates.

PCO is retweeting all that has to do with the report that he has signed with Ring Of Honor and teasers with a heartbeat monitor have been airing on Ring Of Honor television signaling the arrival of one Pierre Carl Ouellet.
