Ric Flair's Surgery Postponed Due To 'Complications'

"The Nature Boy's" surgery has been postponed.

Yesterday, news made the rounds via TMZ that two-time WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair had been rushed to the hospital after a medical emergency needed to be taken care of. Within the following hours of that report, Conrad Thompson stated during a media call that the situation was not as serious as the publication made it out to be and added that Flair chose to have the procedure done before Starrcast II next week. Flair's wife, Wendy Barlow shared the following post on Instagram and alerted the public that Ric's procedure has been postponed until Monday and thanked everyone for the well wishes.

Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin also chimed in yesterday and noted that Flair has been dealing with heart issues for quite some time and his reasoning for the hospital visit was related to those heart problems. Satin further added that Flair's condition is more serious than Conrad Thompson is letting on and the procedure that Ric was set to undergo was not planned.

Ric Flair is scheduled to be at Starrcast II on Double Or Nothing weekend in Las Vegas next week and as more information about his health and status become available, we will update you here on Fightful.
