Report: ROH World Champion Jay Lethal Inks A New Deal With Ring Of Honor

Lethal is staying in Ring Of Honor.

The current Ring Of Honor World Champion Jay Lethal has been reigning as World Champion since late June of this year. Lethal captured the title at the ROH TV tapings in Virginia and has defended the strap against the likes of Silas Young, Will Ospreay and next on Lethal's schedule is the current IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Champion Cody.

Cody and Lethal are set to go one-on-one on December 14th at Ring Of Honor's 'Final Battle' pay-per-view in Manhattan, New York. Win or lose in that bout, Lethal will be with Ring Of Honor for the foreseeable future as PWInsider reported that Lethal has signed a new deal with the company. Lethal's contract was set to expire at the end of 2018. Jay Lethal is currently in his second run in Ring Of Honor and first wrestled for the company during the early 2000's. 

Lethal is a ROH Triple Crown Champion and is looking to continue reigning as World Champion of the company.
