Richard Holliday recalls his WWE tryout.
In September 2023, Richard Holliday, Jay Malachi (Je'Von Evans), Brogan Finlay (Uriah Connors), HollyHood Haley J, and a number of other big names attended a WWE tryout.
Despite leaving the tryout without a deal, Holliday has maintained a consistent amount of buzz, competing in GCW, MLW, and the NWA. While speaking with Fightful during WrestleCade weekend, Holliday talked about the tryout, saying that it was a great experience for him.
"Sure. It's one of those things where, how many people have had like that, the tryout or whatever the case may be, and then it's just a few years down the road, or it's the next week, or you never really know in this business, to be honest with you. But it was a great experience, it was awesome."
