Sami Zayn could be off of television for future episodes.
According to a report by PWInsider.com, Sami Zayn was injured before his match at Money in the Bank versus Bobby Lashley. Zayn had been injured and the pay-per-view was his last match before going to Birmingham, Alabama to have his injury examined. The type of injury has not been reported.
Pro Wrestling Sheet reported the injuries are to his knee and shoulder but the severity is still not known.
It seems Lashley has moved on from his feud with Zayn as he was announced for a multi-man match at WWE Extreme Rules which will determine the next challenger for Brock Lesnar's WWE Universal Championship.
In 2015, Zayn suffered a shoulder injury while doing his entrance before participating in John Cena's United States Championship open challenge. That injury kept Zayn out of commission for seven months.
