After being checked by medical staff, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports Joe did suffer a concussion on the dive. Joe is being monitored through the usual concussion protocol.
Joe missed four months of in-ring action at the end of 2019 with a broken thumb. During his time away from the ring, Joe made guest appearances on WWE Backstage as an analyst and served as an announcer on WWE Raw.
There is no timetable for Joe's return.
