"The Legit Boss" met with the boss.

Former 4-time RAW Women's Champion Sasha Banks has not appeared on WWE TV since WrestleMania 35 where she and Bayley dropped the Women's Tag Team Titles to The IIconics. It was reported shortly after WrestleMania that Sasha Banks wanted out of WWE but the company hoped that she would "ride it out" and return at a later date. In today's Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer noted that Sasha Banks met with WWE Chairman Vince McMahon on May 23rd and things are said to be better and she could be back with the company this Summer but nothing is official as of this writing.

Sasha was mentioned on WWE programming after Bayley won the women's Money In The Bank Ladder match at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view where she ended her night by becoming SmackDown Women's Champion.

Rumors and reports made the rounds following WrestleMania that Sasha and Bayley openly voiced their frustrations about dropping the tag titles so quickly and the current champions, Peyton Royce and Billie Kay shared during an interview that they did not see any of what was being rumored regarding Banks and Bayley's "Temper Tantrum".

PWInsider did report that Sasha Banks was in New York City the week of May 23rd and as more information about her status in the company comes to the forefront, we'll update you here on Fightful.
