Another IMPACT star is looking to leave.
According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, Scarlett Bordeaux has requested her release from IMPACT Wrestling. She is reportedly under contract until later this summer, but no firm date was given in Johnson's report. It is unknown if she will be granted her release.
Bordeaux made her full-time debut in IMPACT Wrestling in July 2018, appearing as "The Smokeshow." She made her in-ring debut on television at the Against All Odds IMPACT Wrestling special on Mar. 29, defeating Glenn Gilberti. She had previously wrestled on IMPACT specials and gained experience on the Independent scene, including tours for Stardom.
She has been aligned with Fallah Bahh on recent episodes of IMPACT.
Bordeaux is the second star this week who has requested their release from the promotion. PWInsider reported on May 14 that Killer Kross asked for his release, citing low pay and creative frustration. You can find more details on Kross' request by clicking here. Kross is not expected to be granted his release from the promotion.
Gursinder Singh asked for his release a month ago, which was granted earlier this week.
Fightful will continue to update fans on the story as more details are known.
