Teddy Hart is in trouble again.

According to Wrestling Inc. Teddy Hart has been arrested for the third time in under two months, again in Richmond, Virginia.

On Friday morning, Hart was arraigned on charges of strangulation resulting in wounding/bodily harm. Maria Manic was alleged as the victim. He is currently being held without bail at Richmond City Jail with a hearing scheduled for Apr. 22 at 2:15 p.m. ET.

Under Virginia law, strangulation is considered a class six felony. A conviction could land him in jail for up to five years.

Fightful learned that Thursday afternoon, Hart was involved in an altercation with independent wrestler Ace Montana, who posted a video of him running off Hart. Montana would claim that Hart attacked his on-and-off girlfriend, ROH star Maria Manic. Hart would deny the claim in the video. We don't yet know of any charges that were filed on Hart.

Montana's post read as follows.

I literally had to pull my gun on #Teddyhart and throw him out of my friends house. This piece of shit literally choked out and physically assaulted Maria Manic and would not let her get help. she texted me I’m in danger never ever did I think I would meet a piece of shit like this guy who has now been arrested with a felony against him. I don’t think this guy knew how close to death he was. #fuckyouteddyheart This video is me kick him out before the cops came and arrested him

Hart was arrested on February 12 when he was booked on three charges of possession, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and possession with intent to sell and distribute, as then-reported by Wrestling Inc. Hart would state in a since-deleted video that he was arrested after steroids and marijuana were found in his car. He'd be arrested again on March 4 for violating his house arrest.
