Report: Tino Sabbatelli Undergoes Surgery For A Torn Pectoral

Some untimely news for Tino.

Tino Sabbatelli signed with WWE in 2014 and as the years progressed he would become a regular on NXT TV. Most recently, he was aligned with Riddick Moss but Tino left Moss high and dry in a tag team match against 'Heavy Machinery' after the duo had suffered a series of losses.

Last Saturday at an NXT Live Event in Largo, FL Tino suffered a torn pectoral in a match against The Velveteen Dream. According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline, Tino was "drop-kicked" by Dream and then immediately reached for his chest which lead to the two competitors swiftly transitioning to the finish of the match. Prior to the injury taking place the 34-year old Sabbatelli competed against Aleister Black for the NXT Championship at a live event in Gainesville just a few days before.
