2023
- Beth Phoenix appeared on WWE Raw in January 2023
- Chelsea Green rejoined the WWE roster on January 28
- Rick Boogs returned on January 23, and moved from Smackdown to WWE Raw.
- JBL abandoned Baron Corbin and left the roster on February 6.

- Von Wagner, Xyon Quinn called up as a part of the WWE Draft. Neither appeared on WWE Raw or Smackdown
- Alexa Bliss, Aliyah, Big E, Bray Wyatt, Uncle Howdy, Carmella, Gable Steveson, Logan Paul, R-Truth, Randy Orton, Robert Roode, Shanky, Tommaso Ciampa not included in the draft pool. Gable Steveson would later return to NXT.
- Bray Wyatt tragically passed away in August 2023.
- John Cena appeared on WWE Smackdown September 1 as a free agent, and said he'd be on the show for "months."
- Nia Jax returned to WWE Raw on September 11.
- R-Truth returned to the WWE Raw brand at WWE Survivor Series.
- CM Punk returned to WWE at Survivor Series, and signed with WWE Raw on December 11.
2023 WWE Raw Call Ups
- Maximum Male Models officially moved from WWE Smackdown to Raw on February 6
- Jinder Mahal, Sanga, Veer Mahaan, Odyssey JonesJD McDonagh, Zoey Stark, Katana Chance, Kayden Carter, Apollo Crews and Indi Hartwell were called up as a part of the WWE Draft
- Tommaso Ciampa appears on WWE Raw on June 19.
- Jey Uso moved from WWE Smackdown to WWE Raw on September 2. The reason was that Cody Rhodes cashed in favors to make it happen.
- Ivy Nile, Julius Creed and Brutus Creed are called up to WWE Raw on October 30.
2023 WWE Smackdown Call Ups
- Cameron Grimes, Elton Prince, Grayson Waller, Kit Wilson, Alba Fyre, and Isla Dawn were called up as a part of the WWE Draft
2023 NXT Call Ups
- Jinder Mahal moves from WWE Smackdown to NXT on January 10. He was sent to WWE Raw in the Draft.
2023 WWE Raw Releases
- Ronda Rousey finished up with WWE on August 5
- Elias, Shelton Benjamin (free agent), Dolph Ziggler (free agent) released by WWE on September 21
- Matt Riddle released by WWE on September 22
2023 Smackdown Releases
- January 1, 2023: Sasha Banks' WWE contract expires
- Trinity/Naomi debuted on IMPACT on April 28, without an announcement of her release
- Lacey Evans' contract expired in July 2023
- Rick Boogs, Top Dolla, Riddick Moss, Emma, Mace, Mansoor released by WWE on September 21
- Edge's WWE contract expired on September 30.

- Roderick Strong debuted on AEW on April 26, without an announcement of his release
