Josh Barnett On Facing MVP: He's Going To Be Incredibly Tough, People Forget That He's Quite Strong

- A marching band is playing music and Soultrain Jones has the microphone, plus the ring is decorated with presents and a photo of the Inner Circle while mascots dance on the arena floor. Jones welcomes everybody to the greatest night in wrestling history, Jones introduces AEW World Champion Chris Jericho and he makes his way to the ring. Jericho tells everybody to shut up and he says that he finally gets his thank you tonight, Jericho gives everybody a 50 cents off coupon so everybody can buy a Jericho shirt. Jericho also reveals his Little Bit Of The Bubbly, Jericho and Jones have a drink of the bubbly before Jericho brings out the Inner Circle minus Jake Hager. Sammy Guevara grabs the microphone and he calls Jericho his father figure, Guevara present Jericho with a gift and its a cardboard cutout of Guevara and Jericho hugging. Santana and Ortiz come forward next to give Jericho a gift basket full of goodies, Jericho wonders where Hager is and he comes out towards the stage with a goat and its named Chris Jerigoat.

Jericho wonders what is in the big box and he wants to know what is in it, under the box is Jericho’s father. Papa Jericho thought he was in New York instead of Chicago and Jericho’s father rips the Blackhawks, Jericho’s father then gives the Inner Circle all custom make New York Rangers hockey jerseys. Jericho then pulls out an official thank you statement from the AEW officials and the TNT brass, Jericho brings in the ring announcer to have him read the statement. Justin Roberts reads the statement and Jericho gets angry because he believes Roberts didn’t read it properly, the Inner Circle then attack Roberts. Members of the marching band come out and make the save for Roberts, they are revealed to be SCU.

- The Lucha Brothers attack Best Friends and Orange Cassidy as they made their entrance, Best Friends fight back before Cassidy takes out The Lucha Brothers with a dive.

Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent Berretta) w/Orange Cassidy vs. The Lucha Brothers (Pentagon Jr. & Rey Fenix)

The match begins with Best Friends getting The Lucha Brothers in the ring to land some double teams moves, Best Friends nail Fenix with some knee strikes for a near fall. Fenix fights back and Pentagon Jr nails Berretta with an enziguri, Pentagon Jr and Fenix then nail Berretta with some super kicks. Pentagon Jr tags in and he double teams Berretta with Fenix for a near fall, Pentagon Jr follows that up by nailing Berretta with a back stabber. Pentagon Jr traps Berretta in the ropes before attacking him with strikes, Fenix tags in and he drops Berretta before landing a thrust kick for a near fall. Pentagon Jr tags back in and he nails Berretta with a super kick for a near fall, Fenix tags back in and he nails the arm of Berretta with a top rope double stomp. Fenix traps the head of Berretta while landing some strikes to his back, Fenix follows that up by nailing Berretta with a drop kick. Pentagon Jr tags in and he nails Berretta with a drop kick to the bottom of the spine, Pentagon Jr looks for a package pile driver and Berretta escapes to tag Taylor in.

Taylor hits the ring and he immediately cleans house against the opposing team, Taylor goes for a single leg crab on Pentagon Jr and Fenix nails him with a super kick. Taylor recovers and he clears the ring before nailing his opponents with a suicide dive, Berretta goes for a super kick and Fenix nails him with a super kick. Pentagon Jr then nails Berretta with a destroyer for a near fall, Cassidy os dressed up like a turkey and he distracts Pentagon Jr. Berretta tries to capitalize and Pentagon Jr nails him with a super kick, Pentagon Jr goes after Cassidy and Taylor takes him out with a dive. Fenix then nails Berretta with a spinning head kick, Fenix looks for a destroyer and Berretta counter with a Crunchy for a three count.

Winners: Best Friends (Chuck Taylor & Trent Berretta) w/Orange Cassidy

Bea Priestley & Emi Sakura vs. Hikaru Shida & Kris Statlander

The match begins with Priestley and Sakura attacking their opponents before the bell sounded, Statlander knocks Priestley to the arena floor before dropping Sakura. Statlander nails Priestley with a moonsault from the ring apron, Statlander then nails Sakura with a missile drop kick. Shida tags in and Sakura sits on her chair so she can’t use it, Shida attacks Sakura before leaping off the chair onto her. Priestley attacks Shida before getting her back in the ring, Sakura tags in and she drops Shida with a hair mare. Shida fights back and Sakura grabs her by the hair, Sakura then uses the ref to hit Shida with a clothesline. Sakura keeps Shida down while eventually applying the surfboard stretch, Priestley tags in and she attacks Shida with face washes. Sakura tags back in and she brings the microphone stand into the ring, Shida fights back and Sakura gets her in an abdominal stretch.

Priestley tags back in and she corners Shida before choking her, Priestley misses a double stomp and Shida places her in the corner. Shida then suplexes an interfering Sakura into Priestley, Shida then nails priestley with an enzaguri. Priestley recovers to land a release German suplex, Shida gets up and she nails a charging Priestley with a knee strike. Statlander tags in and she cleans house against the opposing team, Sakura tags in as well and Statlander rolls her up for a near fall. Sakura recovers and she nails Statlander with a spinning neck breaker, Sakura then nails a cornered Statlander with a cross body block. Priestley then nails Statlander with a top rope double stomp, Sakura then hits Statlander with a back breaker for a near fall. Sakura goes for a moonsault and misses before Shida nails her with a knee strike, Shida then nails Priestley with a falcon arrow.

Statlander then hits Sakura with a face buster and scissor kick for a near fall, Statlander then hits Sakura with a Michinoku Driver for another near fall. Priestly interferes and Sakura attacks Statlander with the microphone slam, Sakura then catches Statlander in a roll up for a three count.

Winners: Bea Priestley & Emi Sakura

- Jon Moxley is backstage and he talks about blazing a trail until he is the last man standing, Moxley wonders if there is anyone left who wants to step up to him.

Cody vs. Matt Knicks

The match begins with Cody scoring a trip takedown against Knicks, Cody follows that up by getting Knicks in a headlock. Knicks backs Cody into the corner before attacking his injured ribs, Cody recovers and he nails Knicks with a right followed by a springboard cutter. Cody then gets Knicks in a figure four leg lock and Knicks taps out.

Winner: Cody

After the match, Cody grabs a microphone and he calls out MJF, a masked man pops out from under the ring and that person is The Blade. The Blade attacks Cody and The Butcher appears next to hit Cody with a suplex into a back breaker, Allie comes out from under the ring next and she poses with The Butcher & The Blade.

Pac vs. Kenny Omega

The match begins with Pac backing Omega into the corner before giving him a shove, Omega fights back and he drops Pac with a shoulder tackle. Omega then nails Pac with a basement drop kick to the knee, Pac escapes a kitaro krusher before eating a snap dragon suplex and buckle bomb. Omega then hits Pac with a sit out power bomb for a near fall, Pac exits the ring and Omega nails him with a suicide dive afterwards. Omega gets Pac back in the ring and he gets to the ring apron, Pac then knocks Omega off the ring apron with a drop kick and he crashes into the barricade. Pac gets Omega back in the ring and Omega quickly nails him with another snap dragon suplex, Omega gets Pac to the ring apron and he tries German suplexing him onto the arena floor. Pac fights back and he knocks Omega to the arena floor, Pac then hits Omega with a middle rope moonsault. Pac gets back in the ring first and Omega follows a short time later, Pac then nails Omega with a slingshot cutter.

Pac goes to the top rope and he hits Omega with a missile drop kick for a near fall, Pac follows that up with a hard Irish whip that drops Omega. Pac keeps Omega down while applying a chin lock, Pac releases the hold and he kicks away at a downed Omega. Omega fights back and he has a striking exchange with Pac, Omega uses a push kick to propel Pac into the corner. Omega then nails Pac with a few Polish Hammer strikes for a near fall, Omega follows up with a fisherman buster suplex on Pac for a near fall. Omega traps the arm of Pac while attacking him with chops, Pac fights back and he nails a charging Omega with a super kick. Omega recovers and he nails Pac with a V Trigger, Pac stays on his feet and he levels Omega with a lariat. Pac places Omega on the top rope and he follows him up there to land a super falcon arrow for a near fall, Pac goes back to the top rope and he misses the Black Arrow attempt.

Omega gets up and he nails Pac with a V Trigger, Omega goes for a One Winged Angel and Pac escapes. Omega then catches Pac in a roll up for a three count.

Winner: Kenny Omega

Dynamite Diamond Finals
MJF w/Wardlow vs. Hangman Page

The match begins with Page jumping MJF and he attacks him with a plethora of strikes, MJF exits the ring and Wardlow prevents a suicide dive from Page. Page still exits the ring and he knocks MJF over the barricade, Page gets MJF back from the crowd and back into the ring. Page sets up for a Buckshot Lariat and Wardlow distracts him, MJF knocks Page to the arena floor and Wardlow throws him into the ring post before getting him back in the ring. MJF injures the arm of Page before propelling him into the corner, MJF keeps Page cornered while working over the injured arm and we go to a commercial break. We return from the break to see Page avoiding a charging MJF to land a few strikes, Page then nails MJF with a fall away slam before knocking him to the arena floor. Page follows that up by nailing MJF with a suicide dive, Page then nails MJF with a top rope moonsault. Page gets MJF back into the ring and MJF grabs the ref to avoid a Buckshot Lariat, Page gets in the ring and MJF pokes him in the ring.

Page recovers and he nails a charging MJF with a discus lariat for a near fall, MJF recovers and he traps Page in the ropes before landing a knee strike. Page recovers and he nails MJF with a Buckshot Lariat for a near fall, Page argues with Wardlow and Wardlow punches him while MJF had the ref distracted. MJF then nails Page with a Cross Rhodes for a three count.

Winner: MJF w/Wardlow 

After the match, Diamond Dallas Page comes to the ring to present the Dynamite Diamond to MJF. DDP grabs the microphone and he says that he is here to present the Dynamite Diamond ring to MJF, DDP presents the ring to MJF. DDP then says that MJF’s recent actions have been disappointing to him, DDP goes face to face with MJF before Wardlow intervenes. DDP threatens Wardlow and security steps in to prevent any further violence.

- Dustin Rhodes is in the ring and he gets jumped by members of The Inner Circle, Rhodes fights back and is eventually overwhelmed. The Young Bucks make the save and lay out Sammy Guevara with a triple super kick, The Young Bucks and Rhodes then hit all three members of The Inner Circle with low blows.

- A video airs showing a bunch of people attending a meeting held by the Dark Order.

AEW World Heavyweight Championship
Chris Jericho (c) vs. Scorpio Sky

The match begins with Jericho taking Sky down with an arm drag, Jericho then gets Sky in a side headlock. Sky gets free and Jericho quickly drops him with a few shoulder tackles, Sky recovers and he nails Jericho with a drop kick before clotheslining him out of the ring. Sky goes for a dive and Jericho gets out of the way, Sky then hits Jericho with a boot to the face before getting him back in the ring. Sky follows that up by nailing Jericho with a leaping back elbow strike, Sky goes to the ring apron and he looks for a head scissors. Jericho blocks it and he knocks Sky to the arena floor with a springboard drop kick, Jericho exits the ring and he attacks Sky with some strikes before throwing him into the ring steps. Jericho eventually gets Sky back in the ring and he follows him in there, Jericho holds Sky down while nailing him with more strikes. Jericho sets up for a suplex and Sy fights back to land one of his own, Jericho recovers to nail Sky with a few strikes.

Sky fights back and he drops Jericho with a neck breaker, Sky then takes Jericho down with a Thesz Press followed by some strikes and a drop kick. Sky follows that up by nailing Jericho with a slingshot cutter for a near fall, Sky waits for Jericho to get up before attacking him with more strikes. Sky goes for a missile drop kick and Jericho catches him before applying a Lion Tamer, Sky eventually gets to the ropes to break the submission attempt. Jericho misses a follow up kick and Sky nails him with a cutter, Sky then locks a downed Jericho in the dragon sleeper. Jake Hager interferes and Sky attacks him, Jericho then shocks Sky with a roll up for a near fall. Hager jumps back on the ring apron before Frankie Kazarian and Christoper Daniels arrive to attack him, Jericho grabs the AEW World Title belt and Sky avoids getting hit with it. Sky then nails Jericho with a TKO for a near fall, Jericho fights back and Sky takes him off the ropes with a rana.

Sky then nails Jericho with an enziguri for a near fall, Sky goes for another dive and Jericho counters with a code breaker for a near fall. Sky avoids the Judas Effect and he rolls up Jericho for a near fall, Sky goes for another enziguri and Jericho counters to reapply the Lion Tamer and Sky taps out.

Winner: Chris Jericho, still the AEW World Heavyweight Champion

- After the match, Chris Jericho attacks Scorpio Sky further until Jon Moxley makes his way out and he stares down Jericho.
