Richard Holliday Makes AEW In-Ring Debut In Tag Match On AEW Rampage, Loses To La Faccion Ingobernable

- Kevin Owens makes his way to the ring to start the show, Owens says he’s kicking off the new year early with some fireworks. Owens airs a video highlighting what went down last week on Raw with Seth Rollins and AOP, Owens says he will keep calling out Rollins and AOP out every week until he takes one of them down with him. Owens says Rollins and AOP’s actions against Rey Mysterio have affected him personally, Owens shows highlights of Andrade defeating Rey Mysterio to win the WWE United States Championship this past weekend. Rollins and AOP eventually make their way to the stage, Rollins says that everything that has gone done has been forced upon him. Rollins says he has no choice but to impose his will, Owens leaves the ring and he gets attacked by AOP. The battle continues in the ring as AOP overwhelms Owens, Samoa Joe comes out and he joins Owens against AOP and Rollins. Joe then gets in the ring and he attacks Rollins, AOP return and they attack Joe until Owens returns with a chair. A bunch of security makes their way to the ring to break everything up, Owens leaps off the top rope and he takes out a bunch of people with a dive as we go to a commercial break.

- Charly Caruso interviews Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens, Joe says he got involved because he had no choice after what happened to him last week at the hands of Seth Rollins and AOP. Owens says he has known a lot of bad people and Joe is the baddest of them all, Owens says he is glad that Joe is on his side. Security arrives and they escort the duo out of the building.

Aleister Black vs. Buddy Murphy

The match begins with Black attacking Murphy with some leg kicks, Murphy gets Black in a headlock after a quick shove. Black gets free and Murphy drops him with a shoulder tackle, Murphy follows that up by knocking Black out of the ring with a hurricarana. Black gets back in the ring and Murphy steals his pose before rolling him out, Black knocks Murphy out of the ring before taking a seat in the middle of it. Black quickly drops Murphy with a back elbow strike for a near fall, Black follows that up by nailing Murphy with a suplex. Black keeps Murphy down while holding him in a front headlock, Murphy gets free and Black drops him with a head kick. Black corners Murphy before attacking him with some strikes, Murphy fights back and Black drops him before landing a basement drop kick for a near fall. Black holds Murphy down while wrenching away on his arm, Black releases the hold and he sends Murphy to the ring apron. Murphy gets to the top rope and Black levels him with a head kick, Black goes to the middle rope and Murphy fights back.

Murphy gets free and he eats a kick from Black, Murphy recovers and he sends Black into the corner and then the arena floor as we go to a commercial break. We return from the break to see Black and Murphy battling on the ring apron, Black uses a push kick to send Murphy into the ring post. Black then hits Murphy with a moonsault before getting him back into the ring, Black then hits Murphy with a combo that ends with a knee strike. Black follows up by nailing Murphy with a middle rope moonsault for a near fall, Murphy fights back and he sends Black out of the ring. Black recovers and he nails Murphy with a head kick, Black traps Murphy in the ropes before dropping him with another kick. Black goes to the top rope and Murphy causes him to leap off before sending him into the corner, Murphy then rolls up Black after landing a drop kick and the ref refuses to count as he had his feet on the ropes. Murphy knocks Black out of the ring before nailing him with a suicide dive, Murphy gets Black back in the ring and he lands a top rope double knee strike for a near fall.

Murphy keeps Black down while stomping away on him, Murphy goes back to the top rope and Black meets him up there. Murphy knocks Black off the ropes before landing a sit out power bomb for a near fall, Black fights back and he nails the leg of Murphy with a stunner before eating a super kick. Black recovers and he exchanges a ton of strikes with Murphy, Murphy then nails Black with a knee strike before eating a brain buster for a near fall. Black sets up for Black Mass and Murphy avoids it to land a knee strike, Murphy goes for Murphy’s Law and Black rolls him up before landing a Black Mass. Black nails Murphy with a second Black Mass for a three count.

Winner: Aleister Black

- Seth Rollins and AOP are shown backstage, AOP tells Rollins that security won’t kick them out tonight and Rollins says management has already asked them to leave. Rollins gets cocky as security shows up, Rollins says he and AOP are leaving tonight voluntarily.

- Erick Rowan approaches Lana backstage to congratulate her on her big day, Rowan wonders where his invitation is and he tells ay Lana before leaving.

Erick Rowan vs. Kip Stevens

The match begins with Stevens exiting the ring and he goes under the ring, Rowan gives chase and Stevens winds up near the cage. Rowan boots Stevens in the face before throwing him into the barricade, Rowan then sends Stevens face first into the ring apron before getting him back in the ring. Rowan follows up by nailing Stevens with an avalanche and splash, Rowan then hits Stevens with the Iron Claw for a three count.

Winner: Erick Rowan

- Lana is preparing for her wedding while contemplating how everybody is obsessed with her.

- Charlotte Flair makes her way to the ring, Flair grabs a microphone and she announces her entry into the women’s Royal Rumble Match. Flair says that she and everybody else already knew she was going to be in the Rumble, Flair says she is arguably the greatest of all time. Flair talks about all of her accomplishments and then she issues an open challenge, which is answered by Natalya.

Charlotte Flair vs. Natalya

The match begins with Natalya taking Flair down with a headlock and Flair quickly gets free, Natalya goes to work on the arm of Flair and Flair gets her down with a headlock. Natalya goes for a head scissors and Flair gets free, Natalya sends Flair to the ring apron and Flair gets back in the ring to roll her up for a near fall. Natalya recovers and she drops Flair and Flair gets right back up to land a clothesline, Natalya recovers and lands a discus clothesline for a near fall. Natalya keeps Flair down before applying the surfboard stretch to her, Flair gets free and she kicks Natalya in the face for a near fall. Flair drags Natalya around the ring while sending her face first into the top turnbuckle, Flair starts attacking the leg of a cornered Natalya. Natalya avoids a knee drop before dragging Flair out of the ring, Natalya smashes Flair face first into the ring steps before suplexing her on the arena floor. Natalya gets Flair back in the ring and she gets a near fall on her, Natalya then hits Flair with a suplex followed by a kick to the rib cage.

Flair fights back and Natalya cracks her with a few more strikes, Flair recovers and she sends a charging Natalya into the ring post. Flair then locks Natalya in a top rope Boston crab before watching her tumble to the arena floor, a bunch of wrestlers come from out of nowhere and they chase R-Truth around the ring. Flair takes out Eric Young as he gets in the ring and we go to a commercial break, we return from the break to see Natalya on the top rope as Flair nails her with strikes. Flair goes to the top rope and Natalya shoves her off the ropes, Natalya nails Flair with a high cross body for a near fall. Flair fights back and Natalya nails her with a release German suplex, Flair fights back again and she nails Natalya with an exploder suplex. Flair misses a big boot and Natalya nails her with a sit out power bomb for a near fall, Natalya looks for a sharp shooter and Flair rolls her up for a near fall.

Natalya gets angry and she nails Flair with a ton of strikes, Flair nails Natalya with a boot to the shoulder to avoid a discus clothesline. Flair then nails Natalya with a spear for a near fall, Flair goes back to working on the leg of Natalya. Natalya recovers and she sends Flair into the middle turnbuckle, Flair recovers and hits Natalya with a Natural Selection for a near fall. Flair goes to the top rope and Natalya gets her feet up on the moonsault attempt, Flair escapes a roll up from Natalya to boot her in the face. Flair gets Natalya in the Figure Eight and a tap out follows.

Winner: Charlotte Flair

- Charly Caruso interviews Becky Lynch, who says that she will face Asuka for the Raw Women’s Championship at WWE Royal Rumble 2020. Lynch says she got the match because her contract is up and she wouldn’t negotiate until she got the match with Asuka, Lynch says she cannot let what happened with Asuka and she’ll wipe her record or die trying.

- Bobby Lashley is shown prepping for the wedding backstage.

- Another Liv Morgan video package airs.

- The OC make their way to the ring, AJ Styles plays a video highlighting The Oc’s recent dominance on WWE Raw. Karl Anderson says they proved that The Viking Raiders aren’t unbeatable, Luke Gallows say they should get the next tag team title shot. The Street Profits interrupt and make their way on stage, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins talk about how Gallows and Anderson have never beaten them. Styles says The Street Profits got lucky against Anderson and Gallows, The Street Profits mock The OC being associated with a teen drama.

The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) vs. The OC (Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows) w/AJ Styles

The match begins with Dawkins getting Anderson in a headlock before tagging Ford in, Anderson fights back and Ford drops him before wrenching away on his arm. Ford releases the hold to nail Anderson with a drop kick for a near fall, Dawkins tags back in and he nails the arm of Anderson with a middle rope axe handle smash. Dawkins follows that up by nailing Anderson with a shoulder tackle, Styles interferes and the referee sends Styles backstage as we go to a commercial break. We return from the break to see Anderson holding Ford in a chin lock, Ford gets free and Anderson throws him in the corner. Ford fights back and Anderson nails him with a neck breaker for a near fall, Gallows tags in and he nails a cornered Ford with a plethora of strikes. Gallows follows up by landing a suplex for a near fall, Gallows keeps Ford down while landing elbow strikes and applying a chin lock. Ford gets free and Gallows drops him with a boot to the face for a near fall, Gallows then nails Ford with a leg drop for a near fall.

Gallows reapplies a chin lock to the downed Ford, Gallows releases the hold to attack both opponents. Ford gets back up and he drops Gallows with a drop kick, Anderson tags in and Ford tags Dawkins in a few moments later. Dawkins quickly starts cleaning house against the opposing team, Dawkins nails both opponents with avalanches. Dawkins then hits Anderson with a bulldog for a near fall, Anderson recovers and he nails Dawkins with a spine buster for a near fall. Gallows tags in and Ford is knocked off the ring apron, Gallows and Anderson nail Dawkins with an elevated neck breaker for a near fall. Anderson tags in and The OC look for a Magic Killer, Ford breaks it up and he nails Gallows with a drop kick. Ford follows that up by nailing Gallows with a suicide dive, Dawkins hits Anderson with a sit out power bomb before Ford lands a top rope frog splash for a three count.

Winners: The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins)

- Lana is shown looking over the flowers for her wedding.

- The Street Profits are shown celebrating backstage, Montez Ford says their win makes them the best tag team in the universe. Dawkins starts discussing the theory of multi-verses before Ford interrupts him to talk about tonight’s wedding, Ford tells The Viking Raiders that they want the smoke.

- Drew McIntyre gets a microphone before the next match to insult the combination of Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins.

Drew McIntyre vs. Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder

The match begins with Ryder and Hawkins jumping McIntyre before the bell sounds, McIntyre gains control and he sends Ryder into the barricade before dropping Hawkins. McIntyre then nails Hawkins with an overhead release suplex, McIntyre then hits Hawkins with a Claymore Kick. McIntyre follows that up by nailing Ryder with a Future Shock DDT for a three count.

Winner: Drew McIntyre

- Randy Orton makes his way to the ring to discuss the recently suffered knee injury, Orton says the wrestling business isn’t ballet because accidents and injuries can happen all the time. Orton says it killed him that he needed help getting into the ring tonight, Orton talks about what Edge went through with his career ending neck injury. Orton says he suffered a bad knee injury last night and the doctors told him this morning that he is gonna be out for a very long time, Orton says there is a good chance that he won’t be able to come back. Orton says he will do whatever it takes to deliver an RKO at Wrestlemania, AJ Styles interrupts and he makes his way to the ring. Styles gets in the ring while taking some verbal cheap shots at Orton, Styles says it is funny that fate did what it did to Orton. Styles dares Orton to hit him with an RKO and Orton cannot do it, Styles says he will wait until Wrestlemania to retire Orton for good. Styles kicks a crutch away from Orton and Orton nails him with an RKO before revealing that he faked the knee injury.

- Highlights are shown of Andrade defeating Rey Mysterio to win the WWE United States Title, Mysterio says that Andrade was the better man at MSG and he looks forward to the rematch. Mysterio also issues a warning to Seth Rollins and AOP.

Andrade w/Zelina Vega vs. Unnamed Opponent

The match begins with Andrade immediately attacking his opponent with strikes and a clothesline, the opponent fights back and is immediately nailed with a drop kick. Andrade corners the opponent while stomping away on him, Andrade then lands a double knee strike. Andrade dumps his opponent out of the ring before removing some padding on the arena floor, Ricochet comes out to prevent Andrade from injuring his opponent.

Match Result: No Contest

After the match, Ricochet gets in the ring and he talks about Andrade injuring Humberto Carrillo and Rey Mysterio in recent weeks. Ricochet challenges Andrade to a match as we go to a commercial break.

Andrade w/Zelina Vega vs. Ricochet

The match begins with Ricochet and Andrade exchanging a bunch of strikes, Ricochet trips up Andrade before landing a rope assisted swanton bomb. Andrade recovers and he sends Ricochet to the ring apron, Vega distracts Ricochet and that allows Andrade to nail him in midair with a drop kick a few moments later. Vega removes the ringside padding as Andrade attacks Ricochet in the ring, Andrade drops Ricochet with a back elbow strike before stomping away on him. Andrade follows that up by applying a double underhook abdominal stretch to Ricochet, Ricochet gets free and he rolls up Andrade before eating a few strikes. Ricochet fights back and he knocks Andrade out of the ring with a hurricarana, Ricochet follows that up by taking Andrade out with a suicide dive. Ricochet gets Andrade back in the ring and Andrade exits the ring a short time later, Ricochet goes after Andrade and Andrade sends him into the barricade and ringside edge.

Andrade looks to hit Ricochet with a DDT on the exposed concrete floor and Ricochet escapes, Andrade then hits Ricochet with a back body drop on the exposed concrete floor as we go to a commercial break. We return from the break to see Andrade holding Ricochet in a chin lock, Ricochet fights back and Andrade nails him with a few strikes. Ricochet responds by nailing Andrade with an enziguri and rolling drop kick, Ricochet then hits Andrade with a standing shooting star press for a near fall. Vega looks to interfere again and Ricochet prevents it, Andrade and Ricochet exchange strikes in the middle of the ring. Andrade drops Ricochet with a spinning elbow strike for a near fall, Andrade goes for a hammerlock DDT and Ricochet rolls him up before landing a super kick. Ricochet then hits Andrade with an elevated spinning neck breaker, Ricochet goes to the top rope and Vega pushes him off behind the referee’s back. Andrade nails Ricochet with a hammerlock DDT for a three count.

Winner: Andrade w/Zelina Vega

- Lana is shown taking wedding pictures backstage.

- Sarah Schreiber interviews Andrade & Zelina Vega, Vega says that everybody who wants a piece of Andrade goes down.

- A minister is in the ring and he welcomes everybody to the wedding of Bobby Lashley and Lana, the minister then brings Lashley and Lana to the ring. The minister starts the proceedings and Lana interrupts the minister’s speech multiple times, Lana says her own vows as “Rusev Day” chants break out in the crowd. Lana jumps on Lashley and they briefly make out, Lashley then starts his own vows and Lana interrupts to say she wrote them. The minister continues his speech and he has Lashley place the ring on Lana’s finger, Lana gets the ring and she places it on Lashley’s finger while saying her piece. A random man comes out on stage and he objects to the wedding happening, the man says he is Lana’s first husband. The first husband says Lana left him for Rusev and then left Rusev for Lashley, the first husband says Lana will leave Lashley as well before getting attacked by Lashley. The minister goes back to his speech and a woman comes out to object, the woman says she is Lashley’s first wife.

The woman says she met Lashley in the military and Lana attacks her, the minister goes on again and another woman objects. The woman is Liv Morgan and she says the love of her life is about to get married and that love is Lana, Lana breaks down and she attacks Morgan. Morgan fights back and a cat fight breaks out, a bunch of security comes to ringside and they break it all up. The minister goes back to his speech and Rusev comes out from the oversized cake, Rusev attacks Lashley. Rusev eventually lays out Lashley with a Machka Kick as Morgan returns and she attacks Lana again.
