AEW Collision (5/11/24) Results: TNT Championship Adam Copeland vs. Kyle O'Reilly, Ospreay In Action

In this week's episode of AEW Collision, AEW is debuting in Vancouver, British Colombia, at Rogers Place.

- Brian Cage & Gates of Agony will also be in action.

- AEW Collision starts with Bryan Daniels and Claudio Castagnoli heading to the ring for their match against Top Flight.

Blackpool Combat Club (Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli) vs. Top Flight (w/ Action Andretti)

The match kicks off with Bryan Danielson and Dante Martin. This is Danielson's first match since AEW Dynasty on April 21st. The match goes back and forth; however, BCC is too much for Top Flight as Claudio nails Darius with a running uppercut.

After the match, Danielson cuts a promo and says that he is fighting in the Anarchy in the Arena in the match because he loves AEW.

Winner: Blackpool Combat Club (Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli)

Will Ospreay vs. Lee Moriarty ( w/ Shane Taylor)

Roderick Strong joins commentary for this match. Will Ospreay controls the match from the beginning. Lee gets control over a short period after the help of Shane Taylor on the outside. However, Ospreay wins it over Moriarity with the Stormbreaker. After the match, Shane Taylor attacks Ospreay. Roderick Strong gets in the ring, holds his AEW International Championship over Ospreay, and tells him he has no shot at Double or Nothing.

Winner: Will Ospreay

- We get a highlight of Mercedes Mone throwing out the first pitch for today's Boston Red Sox game.

Brian Cage & The Gates of Agony vs. The Voros Twins & Evan Rivers

This match is over in less than two minutes. Cage and Gates of Agony win it with ease. After the match, Tony Schiavone enters the ring and asks why he attacked Swerve Strickland. Cage said they needed leadership and someone that didn't leave them behind. The AEW Champion appears and takes out Cage and Gates of Agony. Swerve chains up Bishop Kaun and hits Toa Liona with a cinderblock and then a conchairto.

Winner: Brian Cage & The Gates of Agony

Daniel Garcia vs. KM

Daniel Garcia controls it from the start, puts KM in the Dragon Sleeper within two minutes, and wins.

Winner: Daniel Garcia

- They highlight the ending of last week's AEW Dynamite.

Dax Harwood (w / Cash Wheeler) vs. "Dynamite Kid" Tommy Billington

The match goes back and forth, with both men getting a lot of offense. Billington hits Harwood with an excellent diving crossbody, and both men go over the top rope while we go on a commercial break. Harwood hits Billington with a big superplex. Wheeler hits Billington with a Dragon Suplex. Harwood hits Billington with a slingshot powerbomb and wins.

Winner: Dax Harwood (w / Cash Wheeler)

There is a scene from after this week's AEW Dynamite that was not previously seen involving The Young Bucks and Christopher Daniels. The Young Bucks get in the face of Daniels, and Daniels is mad and gets in the face of Matt Jackson. There is a promo with Christopher Daniels, and he says that he and Matt Sydal will take on The Young Bucks on this coming week's AEW Dynamite.

- Dax Harwood cuts a promo talking about the toll the Anarchy of the Arena match can have on you. He then says he will be facing Okada on AEW Dynamite.

Thunder Rosa vs. Robyn Renegade

Thunder Rosa controls the majority of the match and wins it with ease.

Winner: Thunder Rosa

- Lexy Nair is with Johnny TV and Taya Valkyrie. Johnny challenges The Bastard Pac for a match on Rampage.

Kyle O'Reilly vs.Adam Copeland (c)

The bell rings, and Adam Copeland and Kyle O'Reilly shake hands before they lock up. We return from the first commercial break with the action going back and forth. The two control exchange holds and submissions, but both men are never in danger as they escape things rather easily. O'Reilly has Copeland in the Fugiwara Armbar, but Copeland escapes. Copeland goes for the spear, but O'Reilly counters. O'Reilly cannot hold on, and Copeland gets out and hits O'Reilly for the spear and then pins O'Reilly to get the victory.

Winner: Adam Copeland
