On July 10, 2024, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of AEW Dynamite on TBS from the Stampede Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The show was headlined by "Hangman" Adam Page facing "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson in the finals of the 2024 Men's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, with Jeff Jarrett as the special enforcer of the match. Also on the show, Mariah May faced Willow Nightingale in the 2024 Women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament, Swerve Strickland made his AEW return, and more. The full results are listed below.

  • After a video package recapping MJF's vicious attack on Daniel Garcia on the 7/3 edition of AEW Dynamite Beach Break, the broadcast team of Excalibur, Tony Schiavone & Nigel McGuiness welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • AEW International Champion Will Ospreay came to the ring for a promo, where he heavily criticized MJF's attack on Garcia and stated he had finally realized he was picking up after MJF's mess before calling him out to the ring. MJF responded on the screen while drinking a glass of wine, stating he & Ospreay were nothing alike before issuing Ospreay a challenge for next week. Ospreay was not amused with MJF's threat and accepted the challenge. They will face each other on the 250th Episode of AEW Dynamite.
  • There was a video package previewing the match pitting "Hangman" Adam Page against Bryan Danielson coming up.
  • 2024 Men's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament - Finals (Special Enforcer: Jeff Jarrett): Bryan Danielson def. "Hangman" Adam Page via Pinfall (Cradle Pin).
    • Danielson & Page were both busted open from their foreheads during the match. Danielson laid out referee Paul Turner with a Busaiku Knee, but Jeff Jarrett took over officiating duties for the rest of the match.
    • Bryan Danielson will challenge Swerve Strickland for the AEW World Heavyweight Champion at AEW All In from Wembley Stadium with this victory. Dr. Martha Hart came to the ring to award Danielson the commemorative trophy and title to Danielson.
  • Swerve Strickland cut a promo and confronted Danielson after the match. Strickland declared he was now the best in the world and announced he would lead Team AEW in the Blood & Guts Match to prove he could beat Ospreay and win Blood & Guts, something Danielson had never done. Swerve then challenged Kazuchika Okada and said he would cause Danielson’s Final Countdown in his career.
  • There was a video package of Willow Nightingale and Mariah May ahead of their match
  • The Acclaimed premiered a music video for a diss track named "2 Times", aimed at The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson).
  • Stampede Street Fight: Chris Jericho (w/ Bryan Keith & Big Bill) def. Samoa Joe via Referee Stoppage.
    • The finish came when Jericho drove a car through a wall, leading the referee to wave off the match.
  • Global Glory 4-Way Match: PAC def. Claudio Castagnoli (w/ Wheeler Yuta), Kyle Fletcher & Tomohiro Ishii via Submission (Brutalizer from PAC on Fletcher).
    • Don Callis joined commentary for the match.
    • After the match, PAC admitted he had suffered multiple failures before declaring he would not be denied his Wembley moment, saying tonight's victory was a line in the sand and promised that The Bastard would be back.
  • Renee Paquette was backstage trying to get an interview with "Hangman" Adam Page, but this led to Page knocking on The Elite's office. After being confronted by Kazuchika Okada & The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson), Page declared to The Elite he would do it, implying he was joining the Blood & Guts Match.
  • TBS Champion & NJPW STRONG Women's Champion Mercedes Moné came to the ring for her title celebration toast. Moné thanked The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson) for the extra security and declared she was the past, present, and future because she was the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever would be before saying she would leave Dr. Britt Baker DMD for dead if she dared. Baker interrupted and laid out two security guards before heading to the ring, but Moné ran to the crowd to evade her.
  • Darby Allin made his AEW return by laying out Bradon Cutler, which he followed by calling out Jack Perry & The Elite for AEW Dynamite 250.
  • 2024 Women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament - Finals: Mariah May (w/ Toni Storm & Luther) def. Willow Nightingale via Pinfall (Victory Roll).
    • Willow Nightingale shook Mariah May's hand after the match in an act of sportsmanship.
    • After the match, May viciously attacked Storm with the Women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Title, busting Storm open from her forehead before tossing Luther through a table off the ramp. May then viciously stabbed Storm with her white shoe and pushed referee Aubrey Edwards before kissing Storm's head
    • With this win, May will face her mentor Storm at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium in May's home nation, England. With Storm's blood all on May's face, Mariah May stood victorious to end the broadcast. Wrestling is coming home.
