- Renee Paquette, Stokely Hathaway & RJ City previewed the card for the event before transitioning into the opening contest of the Zero Hour.
- ROH World Championship Match: Eddie Kingston (c) def. Jay Lethal (w/ Jeff Jarrett, Karen Jarrett, Satnam Singh & Sonjay Dutt).
- Lethal tried to use Jarrett's guitar to hit Kingston, but Ortiz came to the ramp and got the guitar. Ortiz used the guitar to hit Sonjay Dutt, laying him out. This allowed Kingston to hit a Half-and-Half Suplex before hitting the Spinning Backfist for the pinfall win & title retention. Kingston got the microphone and called Stokely Hathaway a "little bald-headed bitch" after the match.
- Claudio Castagnoli def. Buddy Matthews.
- After a brutal match, The finish of the contest came when Castagnoli hit an uppercut & a Riccola Bomb on Matthews before locking in the Sharpshooter for the submission win. Castagnoli offered his hand to Matthews, but Matthews declined the handshake and left the ring.
- ROH World Tag Team Championship Match: MJF & Samoa Joe (c) def. Bullet Club Gold's The Gunns (Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn).
- The Gunns were about to attack Samoa Joe, but they were distracted by a returning Adam Cole. This distraction allowed Samoa Joe to lock in the Kokina Clutch on Colten Gunn to end the match.
- After MJF & Samoa Joe shook hands, The Gunns attacked MJF before pillmanizing his leg with a chair as Adam Cole shouted at The Gunns. Pat Buck, Doc Samson, multiple medical professionals & security guards escorted MJF to the back.
Main Broadcast.
- After a video package promoting the matches for AEW Full Gear, Excalibur, Tony Schiavone & Nigel McGuiness (with Taz joining later in the night) welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
Sting, Darby Allin & Adam Copeland (w/ Ric Flair) vs. The Patriarchy (Christian Cage, Luchasaurus, & Nick Wayne).
Wayne & Allin began the match, with the two locking up before Wayne hit a cheap shot on Allin. Wayne got a headlock on Allin, but Allin reversed it with a wrist lock takedown before hitting a Monkey Flip. Allin locked in another headlock on Wayne before hitting a springboard arm drag and a regular arm drag on Wayne. Sting tagged in and slammed Wayne's ar, into the mat before tossing him out of the ring and whipping him into the barricade. Back in the ring, Wayne tagged in Cage, but Sting responded by tagging in Copeland. Copeland & Cage had a staredown, but Cage tagged in Luchasaurus instead.
Luchasaurus & Copeland exchanged punches before Luchasaurus hit a corner lariat on Copeland in the corner. Luchasaurus went for a chokeslam, but Copeland reversed it with an Irish Whip & a Neckbreaker before tagging in Allin. Allin went for a Sunset Flip, but Luchasaurus evaded and hit a vicious uppercut. Allin flipped his way out of a chokeslam, but Cage caught him with a Guillotine into Allin's neck before Luchasaurus picked Allin up and spiked him into the apron right on his spine.
The Patriarchy continued to dominate the proceedings of the match, led by Christian Cage after he tagged back in and attacked Allin. Wayne tagged in, kicked Allin in the ribs, and laid his boot on Allin's neck before catching him with a PK into the shoulder for a near fall, followed by Wayne mocking Ric Flair's strut. Luchasuarus & Wayne then hit Allin with a Sideslam/ Swanton combo for a near fall. Allin attacked Luchasaurus & Cgae in the corner before climbing to the top rope, but Wayne met him there. Wayne went for a top rope move, but Allin bit Wayne's hand before hitting an Avalanche Code Red on Wayne.
Cage attacked Copeland from behind at ringside. Sting tried to chase Cage, but Luchasaurus caught him with a body block. Cage tagged in and fired away with chops on Allin before hitting an overhead toss. Cage went for a Spear, but Allin evaded before he & Allin collided heads. Copeland finally tagged in and tried to get Cage, but Luchasaurs attacked him. Copeland hit a forearm strike, a punch, and an Impaler DDT on Luchasaurus before hitting a shoulder block on Luchasaurus off the apron and a military Pressing Wayne onto Luchasaurus, which Allin followed by hitting a Tope onto the two. Sting then hit a dive on Luchasaurus & Wayne.
Copeland & Sting then hit a Scorpion Death Drop/ Elbow Drop combo on Luchasaurus before they picked up Wayne to allow Allin to finish the combo by hitting a Crossbody/ Double SUplex combo on Wayne. Cage talked trash to Ric Flair. Flair attacked Cage, but Cage caught him with a low blow. While the referee was checking on Flair, Cage got the TNT Title to hit Copeland, but he hit Luchasaurus instead by accident. Copeland chased Cage, but Cage left the arena. This led to the finish, which was Sting hitting a Stinger Splash on Luchasuarus, followed by Copeland hitting a Spear before Allin finished the sequence with a Coffin Drop for the pinfall win.
Winners: Sting, Darby Allin & Adam Copeland (w/ Ric Flair).
- Tony Schiavone called Jay White to the ramp to make some news. Tony Schiavone said that MJF was not medically would not be cleared to compete and that the match would be canceled. Adam Cole interrupted proceedings and said that there was no shot in hell White was leaving Full Gear as AEW Champion. Adam Cole revealed that he would defend the AEW Championship on behalf of MJF in the main event. Jay White made fun of Cole and promised to beat Cole tonight.
AEW International Championship Match.
Orange Cassidy (c) (w/ HOOK vs. Jon Moxley (w/ Wheeler Yuta).
The match began with Cassidy hitting a forearm strike, but Moxley dropped Cassidy with a forearm of his own. Moxley hit a series of chops before tossing Cassidy to the outside. Moxley continued to attack Cassidy on the outside before dropping Cassidy's abdomen first into the barricade. Back in the ring, Moxley hit a Release Plex on Cassidy, dropping Cassidy straight into his injured back. Cassidy tried to fire away with forearm strikes on Moxley, but Moxley continued to stomp away at the International Champion. Cassidy tried to make a comeback, but Moxley caught him with a Black Hole Slam for a near fall.
Moxley locked in a Texas Cloverleaf on Cassidy. Cassidy rolled out of the hold, but Moxley stomped the member of CHAOS in the head before placing him on the top rope and biting his nose. Moxley went for a Superplex, but Cassidy Racked Moxley’s back before returning the favor and biting Moxley’s nose, but Moxley responded with a headbutt to send Cassidy onto the apron. Moxley picked up Cassidy to hit an Avalanche Death Rider, but Cassidy hit a series of headbutts to break the hold (busting Moxley’s head open) before hitting a Superplex on Moxley, followed by a Diving DDT and a Tornado DDT to get the pin, but Moxley kicked out at one.
Cassidy did the taunt kicks on Moxley before firing away with a series of kicks to Moxley’s head. Moxley ran at Cassidy, but Cassidy evaded to send him crashing to the outside. Cassidy hit two Tope Suicidas on Moxley to the outside before catching him with a jab and hitting an Elbow Suicida on Moxley. Back in the ring, Cassidy climbed to the top rope and went for a move, but Moxley caught him with a bootkick. Cassidy hit the Stundog Millionaire, but Moxley responded with Anvil Elbows and a series of strikes before locking in the Bulldog Choke. Moxley transitioned and went for a Piledriver, but Cassidy reversed it with a Back Drop and a PK Kick before locking in the Redrum on Moxley, but Moxley got the turnbuckle pad to break the hold. Cassidy ran at Moxley, but Moxley caught him with a Diamond Cutter before hitting a Gotch-Style Piledriver for a near fall.
Moxley then did the taunt kicks on Cassidy to mock him before pie-facing Cassidy. Cassidy got up and put his hands into his pockets. Moxley ran at Cassidy, but Cassidy evaded to send Moxley crashing into the exposed turnbuckle before hitting a Shotgun dropkick on Moxley into the corner. Cassidy hit Three Orange Punches, a Cazadora Pin, and three Orange Punches before hitting the Beach Break on Moxley for the pinfall win & title retention.
Winner & STILL AEW International Champion: Orange Cassidy.
- Mark Briscoe was announced to participate in the AEW Continental Classic, where he said that nobody can stop him.
AEW Women's Championship Match.
Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Toni Storm (w/ Luther).
The match began with Storm holding her script, but Storm instead tore her own script. Storm & Shida exchanged forearm strikes before Shida caught Storm flush in the corner with a knee strike, which she followed by hitting a vicious series of chops on Storm’s bruised chest, as Mariah May watched the match backstage in fear. Shida continued to chop away at Storm’s chest, but Storm responded with a series of chops on Shida before hitting eh Eddie Kingston Machine Gun Chops & a Bulldog on Shida before hitting a Windmill Forearm on Shida for a near fall.
Storm stomped away at Shida’s head, The two continued to exchange strikes again, but Shida recovered by hitting a Running Knee and hitting Ridgehand strikes on Storm, followed by a Missile Dropkick on Storm off the middle turnbuckle for a near fall. Shida went for a move off the middle rope, but Storm caught her with a chop before tossing her for a near fall. Storm got two shoes into the ring and tried to attack Shida. While the referee took one of the shoes, Storm got to hit Shida with the other shoe before going for the pin, but Shida kicked out. Storm went for Storm Zero on Shida, but Shida reversed by hitting Trent Beretta’s Strong Zero for a near fall.
Shida hit a series of vicious forearm strikes on Storm’s head & neck, but Storm responded with three palm strikes. Shida responded with a Question Mark Kick before hitting the Falcon Arrow for a near fall. Shida went for a double Meteora, but Storm evaded to make Shida buckle her ankle. Storm saw the opening and locked in an Ankle Lock on Shida. Storm cinched the hold deep, but Shida was able to get a rope break.
Storm took off Shida’s shoes and tried to hit her, but Shida evaded and hit an Elbow Strike to send Storm out of the ring. Shida got the kendo stick and went to attack Storm, but Luther stopped Shida. Shida hit a low blow on Luther before firing away with the kendo stick at Luther. As the referee was distracted by Shida’s onslaught, Storm put in a metal plaque on her trunks. Storm & Shida exchanged pins before Storm spiked Shida with a German Suplex on Shida, which she followed by hitting a Plaque-assisted Hip Attack on Shida for the pinfall win. Mariah May celebrated with Storm & Luther after the match.
Winner & NEW AEW Women's Champion: Toni Storm.
- Eddie Kingston was interviewed backstage by Renee Paquette. Kingston revealed that he was not only going to participate in the AEW Continental Classic but that he would put his NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship & ROH World Championship in every match in the tournament.
AEW Tag Team Championship - Ladder Match.
Ricky Starks & Big Bill (c) vs. La Faccion Ingobernable (RUSH & Dralistico) (w/ Jose The Assistant & Preston Vance) vs. FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) vs. House of Black's Kings of the Black Throne (Malakai Black & Brody King).
The match began with everyone brawling before Brody King & Big Bill went face to face. Big Bill & King were going to exchange blows, but they were attacked by the rest of the field. As Brody King pulled out the first ladder, Black & Dax exchanged strikes before Dax hit a vicious punch on the former NXT Champion. After Dax took the ladder away from Starks’s hands, Black slammed the ladder on Dax’s face to lay him out. RUSH & Wheeler climbed the top of the ladder, but the two dropped down before they began exchanging vicious strikes. RUSH hit a headbutt, but Wheeler caught him with a Spear through the ropes to the outside. Dralistico saw the opening and hit a Tope Con Giro onto RUSH, Big Bill, Wheeler & King on the outside. Black got back up and hit a Triangle Moonsault on Big Bill. Starks climbed to the top rope, but Dax intercepted him before hitting a suplex on Starks onto the pile of participants to the outside.
King & Big Bill got ladders into the ring before the two had a stare-down. The two got back in the ring and finally exchanged strikes before RUSH & Dax sandwich the two biggest men with ladders. Dx & RUSH collided with ladders before Dax tossed a ladder onto RUSH’s head. Dax got a ladder on his neck and spun it around to take out everyone, but Dralisitico caught him with a springboard dropkick. Dralisitico hit a series of kicks on Wheeler before he climbed the ladder to get the title, but Wheeler pushed the ladder to send him crashing into the top rope. RUSH attacked Wheeler and teased going for the Bull’s Horns, but kicked his head instead before doing his “Tranquilo” pose, but Wheeler responded with a Powerslam on RUSH.
Wheeler climbed the ladder, but Malakai Black intercepted him. Wheeler tossed Black onto a ladder before running the ropes, but Black slingshotted the ladder onto Wheeler’s way. Black laid Wheeler in a slanted ladder, but he was barracked by Dax before Brody King caught Harwood with a series of vicious chops and tossed him onto the floor. Wheeler laid out King before he hit a low blow on Black and hit a Piledriver onto the slanted ladder. Starks got back into the match and hit a Tornado DDT on Wheeler before hitting a Walk-Rope Axe Handle on Dax & a Spinning Saito Suplex on Wheeler. Black & Starks exchanged strikes before Starks hit a backdrop on Black into a ladder. King hit a Body Block on Starks into the slanted ladder before catching Dax with a backdrop and a Cannonball into the slanted ladder.
King tried to climb the ladder, but Big Bill pushed the ladder from underneath to send King crashing into a slanted ladder. Dralistico attacked King before hitting a springboard Codebreaker, but Big Bill caught him with a stalling Chokeslam. RUSH attacked Big Bill with a ladder in the corner before hitting a Ladder-Assisted Bull’s Horns on Big Bill. RUSH climbed the ladder to get the titles, but Starks climbed the ladder to meet him at the top. Starks & RUSH exchanged strikes while Dax, Big Bill, Dralistico & Wheeler also climbed, but King took everyone off the ladder. Black tried to pull Dralistico off the ladder, but Dralistico caught him with a Poison Rana. Dralisitco & King brawled outside before King hit a nasty Gonzo Bomb on Dralistico onto the ladder bridge. Wheeler saw King on the bridge before catching King with a Twisting Splash on King into the ladder bridge.
Harwood climbed the ladder, but Ricky Starks met him at the top, the two exchanged strikes, but Black caught Dax with the Black Mass. Wheeler clotheslined Black out of the ring and tried to pick up the belts, but Starks slammed the belt onto Wheeler’s head. Starks retrieved the belts to pick up the win & title retention.
Winners & STILL AEW Tag Team Champions: Ricky Starks & Big Bill.
TBS Championship Match.
Kris Statlander (c) vs. Julia Hart vs. Skye Blue.
Blue ran at Statlander to begin the match, but Statlander caught her with a shoulder tackle. Statlander took down both Blue & Hart, with Statlander hitting a leg drop on Blue, but Hart broke the pin. Statlander hung Hart in the top rope, but Blue caught her with an O’Connor Roll for a near fall, with Statlander pushing Blue into Hart. The three continued to exchange pins before Statlander & Blue had a face-off. Blue & Statlander exchanged vicious strikes before Hart & Blue tossed Statlander out of the ring. Hart hit a Cannonball on Statlander off the apron before Blue followed up and hit a Hurricanrana on Statlander. Hart & Blue tried to double-team the TBS Champion, but Statlander hit a double suplex on Blue & Hart on the outside before they headed back in the ring. Hart & Blue hit a series of thrust kicks on Statlander to send her out of the ring. Blue & Hart had a stare-down before Blue extended her hand. The two shook hands before Hart viciously attacked the Chicago Native. Blue got back up and immediately attacked Hart before hitting a vicious Penalty Kick for a near fall.
Statlander got back in the ring and hit a back duplex on Blue before hitting an uppercut on Hart, a running knee on Blue, and a Samoan Drop on Blue, but Hart broke the pin. Hart got Blue and went for Blade Runner, but Blue reversed it with a Schoolboy Roll-Up before tossing Hart into Statlander’s Thrust Kick. Blue then hit a spinning neckbreaker on Statlander, but Hart laid out Blue with a back elbow. Hart got back up and took out Statlander. Hart hit a stomp on Blue before hitting a Handspring Lariat on Statlander. Blue hit the Cheeky Nandos Kick on Hart before going for a Liger bomb, but Hart evaded before Statlander caught Blue with a lariat before hitting Hart with a Twisting Falcon Arrow for a near fall. Statlander laid out Hart before hitting an Electric Chair Faceslam on Blue. Statlander climbed to the top rope, but Hart hit a forearm strike on Statlander to send her crashing to the outside. Hart climbed to the top rope and hit the Moonsault Press on Blue to get the pin, but Statlander pulled Hart out of the ring to break the pin.
Statlander hit a Scoop Powerslam on Hart to the outside before she slid back on the apron, but Blue caught Statlander with a vicious kick. Blue hit a spinning roundhouse before running at Statlander, but Statlander caught her. Statlander went for Saturday Night Fever, but Blue evaded Statlander before hitting a Code Blue on Statlander for a near fall. Blue went for another Code Blue, but Hart caught her with a thrust kick before hitting a lariat on Statlander’s neck. Hart locked in the Heartless Lock, but Statlander broke the hold before hitting a series of German Duplexes on Hart & Blue. Blue went for a Quick pin before attempting the Tijreras on Statlander, but Statlander reversed it with Saturday Night Fever. Statlander went for the pin, but Hart caught her with a lariat and stole the pin on Blue to get the win.
Winner & NEW TBS Champion: Julia Hart.
- Tony Schiavone was in the ring to reveal the newest blockbuster signing to AEW. Schiavone revealed that the new signing was none other than current IWGP United Kingdom Champion & former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay. Ospreay signed his contract with AEW but said that he would be finishing up with NJPW. Ospreay promised to officially join AEW on Revolution before demanding AEW President Tony Khan to line up the best he's got to show what Elite looks like.
Texas Death Match.
Swerve Strickland (w/ Prince Nana) vs. "Hangman" Adam Page.
Hangman Page immediately attacked Strickland to begin the match before catching him with a vicious Buckshot Lariat to send Swerve to the outside. Page continued to toss Swerve around the barricades on the outside before tossing a chair to the ring after sending Swerve back inside the ring. Page got duct tape from under the ring before tossing a chair onto Swerve’s head. Page wrapped Swerve’s wrists before getting a staple gun and shooting the staple on Swerve’s pectoral muscle. Page was not satisfied with that and stapled his other pec before stapling the former NXT North American Champion a paper in the arm. He stapled Swerve's arms before sending him back in the ring. Back in the ring, Page hit a vicious chair shot on Swerve’s head, busting Strickland open. Page got his son's finger painting and stapled it onto Swerve's bloody cheek before ripping it off Swerve's face, which the sick freak followed up by drinking Strickland’s blood in his mouth.
Page got a barb-wired chair and tried to attack Swerve, but Swerve caught him with a low blow before Nana cut the wrist tape to set Swerve free. Page stapled Swerve’s chest five more times, but Swerve shook it off and stapled Page’s forehead before stapling himself in the chest Strickland tossed Page into the barb-wired chair in the corner before racking a string of barb wire onto Page’s head. Swerve got a Cinder Block from under the ring before getting on the apron. Page & Swerve exchanged punches before Swerve pulled Page into the apron. Page went for a boot kick, but Swerve caught him with a bite before spiking Page head-first into the Cinder Block with a Death Valley Driver.
Page & Swerve brawled on the barricade before Swerve nailed Page into the edge of the barricade with the piledriver. Back in the ring, Swerve & Page exchanged strikes as they spilled blood all across the pearly-white canvas. Swerve hit a high boot on Page, but Page responded with a Fall-Away Slam. Page hit another Fall-Away Slam on Swerve before placing a crown of barbed wire on Swerve. Page wrapped Swerve's body with the barbed wire before spiking him with a third Fall-Away Slam. Swerve rolled to the outside, but Page caught him with a barbed-wired Chair Moonsault on Swerve. After Nana distracted him, Page went for another Buckshot Lariat, but Swerve rolled through to evade the lariat. Page got a barbed-wired chair, but Swerve caught him with a high boot.
Swerve went for a Tombstone, but Page reversed it and hit a Tombstone on Swerve into the barb-wired chair. Strickland managed to rise from the dead at the count of nine, to which Page responded by striking Swerve on the back with the barbed-wired chair. Swerve attacked Page’s back with the chair before hitting the Swerve Stomp on Page onto the barb-wired chair. Page got Swerve on the top rope and went for an Avalanche Deadeye, but Swerve evaded and drilled Page's back with a barbed-wired chair shot before hitting a Liger bomb into the barbed-wired chair & a vicious Swerve Stomp into the chair. After all of that, Swerve hit Page with a chair shot into the back before getting a bag of glass and splattering it on Page's back before hitting a vicious 450 Splash on Page's back, which was followed up by hitting the JML Driver on Page. Despite all the pain, Page got back up at the count of Nine, which Swerve responded to by clotheslining Page to the outside of the ring.
Prince Nana & Swerve Strickland pulled a barb-wired board and made a bridge with two chairs inside of the ring. Swerve went for an Avalanche JML Driver on Page, but Page evaded by biting Swerve’s head before hitting an Avalanche Fall-Away Slam on Swerve into the board. Page followed up by hitting a Liger Bomb on Swerve into the board before spiking Strickland with the Deadeye onto the barb-wired board. Page wrapped a string of Barb wire on Swerve before catching him with a vicious Buckshot Lariat. Swerve managed to roll out of the ring, allowing Brian Cage to attack Page viciously, connecting a Powerbomb, a Buckle Bomb, and an F5. Cage & Nana set up a table on the outside
Cage went for a Powerbomb on Page, but Page managed to fight through and hit a barb-wired assisted lariat on Cage. Prince Nana tried to get involved by hitting a chair shot at Page, but Page caught him. Nana tried to dance his way out, but Page spiked Nana into a table with the Deadeye on the outside. Strickland appeared from behind and hit Page with a cinder block into the back of Page’s head. Page still got up, but Strickland choked Page with a steel chain before choking him in the corner. That was enough to make Page stay down for good, leading Swerve Strickland to pick up the win via TKO.
Winner: Swerve Strickland.
The Golden Jets (Kenny Omega & Chris Jericho) vs.The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson).
Omega shook hands with Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson. Omega & Nick Jackson exchanged holds before Nick Jackson hit a springboard arm drag on Omega. Jericho & Matt Jackson tagged in before Jericho hit an arm drag on Matt Jackson. Matt & Jericho exchanged holds before Matt did a hip thrust. Jericho hit a series of chops on Matt before Omega tagged in and backed Jericho out of the corner to stop the onslaught. Omega hit Matt with a Hurricanrana before tossing Nick out of the ring. Omega hit a Tope Con Giro on Matt, but Nick caught him with a dropkick. Jericho hit a springboard dropkick on Nick Jackson before hitting a sliding dropkick on The Young Bucks through the ropes. The Jackson brothers attacked Jericho’s left arm, with Nick stomping Jericho’s arm into the stairs.
Back in the ring, the two attacked Jericho’s left arm, busting Jericho’s arm open. Matt Jackson continued to attack Jericho’s left arm, slamming it into the ring post on the outside. Back in the ring, Jericho fought off The Young Bucks before hitting a diving dropkick and tagging in Omega. Omega hit the Hammer Strikes on the Young Bucks before hitting an Enziguri kick on Nick Jackson, Snap Dragon on Matt Jackson, and hitting a “You Can’t Escape” combo n the Jackson Brothers. Omega followed this up by hitting a Triangle Moonsault on Matt Jackson to the outside before hitting a crossbody on Nick Jackson, but Jackson rolled over for a near fall. Omega hit a Backslide Driver before hitting a V-Trigger for a near fall.
Jericho hit a shoulder block on Matt, a cross chop on Nick, and a Lionsault on The Young Bucks for a near fall. The Bucks continued to work on Jericho’s arm before Matt went for the walls, but Jericho rolled him over. Jericho accidentally collided with Omega, but he quickly moved on and locked in a Boston Crab on Matt Jackson. Nick Jackson tried to break the hold, but Omega pulled Nick into the barricade. Jericho cinched the hold deep, but his injured arm gave in and that allowed Matt Jackson to break out of the hold.
Jericho & Matt Jackson exchanged strikes before Matt Jackson hit a Double Northern Lights Suplex on Omega & Jericho. After Nick Jackson hit a German Suplex on Omega onto the apron, The Young Bucks hit an assisted hanging Swanton on Jericho for a near fall. Matt Jackson climbed to the top rope, but Jericho caught him with a chop before Super Frankensteiner on Matt Jackson. Jackson distracted the referee Nick Jackson hit a low blow on Jericho. Nick Jackson & Omega argued before Matt Jackson hit a Low Blow on Omega. Nick Jackson hit a Judas Effect on Jericho before catching him with a Tope Con Giro. The Young Bucks got Jericho and struck him with the BTE Trigger to get the pin, but Jericho kicked out at two.
The Young Bucks went for the Meltzer Driver, but Omega intercepted Nick Jackson. Jericho hit a low blow on Nick Jackson before Omega tagged in. Omega hit a V-Trigger on Nick before hitting a series of Snap Dragon Suplexes on Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson. Omega went for the One Winged Angel, but Nick Jackson reversed it with a Poison Rana before Matt Jackson hit the One Winged Angel on Omega for a near fall. The Bucks went for the Meltzer Driver, but Jericho intercepted Matt Jackson with a Code Breaker. Omega hit a Hanging German Suplex for a near fall. The Young Bucks hit a series of Superkicks on Jericho & Omega, but Omega caught Matt Jackson with a Ripcord V-Trigger. Matt Jackson hit the One Winged Angel for the pinball win. The young Bucks threw a tantrum after the match.

- Adam Cole was about to take MJF's spot in the title match, but MJF made it from the hospital and made it in time to defend his belt.

MJF (c) (w/ Adam Cole) vs. Jay White (w/ Colten Gunn & Austin Gunn).
MJF hit an eye-poke, but MJF landed on his left leg. White hit an Ankle Breaker on MJF before catching him what a chop and a Fisherman’s Buster on MJF in the corner for a near fall. Jay White tossed MJF out of the ring, allowing The Gunns to attack MJF on the outside. Back in the ring, White continued to target MJF’s left leg before tossing MJF out of the ring again. MJF fought off The Gunns, but Austin Gunn attacked him from behind before sending him back in the ring. White tossed MJF to the outside so The Gunns can attack MJF’s leg with a chair, but the referee caught them and ejected them from ringside. White talked trash to Cole on the outside before getting MJF back in the ring.
White stomped MJF’s neck in the ring before grabbing MJF’s t-shirt and tossing it to Adam Cole’s face. MJF got back up and hit a back elbow, a lariat, and a body slam on White. MJF slammed White’s head into the top turnbuckle before hitting a series of jabs & biting White on the head in the corner. MJF hit the Kangaroo Kick on White and followed by a Kip Up, but MJF buckled his knee. MJF went for a dive, but White slid back in the ring and hit a sliding dropkick before spiking MJF in the head with a DDT. White hit a vicious chop on MJF in the corner before slamming him with a Hammer throw onto the mat, buckling MJF’s left leg. White went for a kick, but MJF caught him mid-air with a Mule Kick.
MJF got on the middle rope and went for a dive, but White evaded before spiking MJF with the Uranage for a near fall. White for the Sleeper Plex, but MJF blocked it; however, Jay White decided to toss MJF out of the ring into the floor not he outside. White picked MJF back up and caught him with a vicious chop. White tried to slam MJF’s head on the apron, but MJF slammed White head before spiking him on the floor with a DDT. MJF placed White on the table, but the table collapsed. MJF still climbed to the top rope and hit White with an Elbow Drop on MJF tot he outside.
Back in the ring, White picked MJF’s leg and spiked with a Dragon Screw. White hanged MJF on the top rope and went for a Diving Stomp, but MJF caught him and suplexed him off the top rope.
MJF got on the top rope, but White attacked MJF’s leg before spiking MJF with an Avalanche Spinning Uranage for a near fall. White hit a series of vicious chops on MJF in the chest before gauging his eye, but MJF responded with a Thumb to the eye before hitting a Rolling Elbow. MJF went for a lariat on White, but White caught him with a Flatliner followed by a German Suplex. White went for the Blade Runner, but MJF evaded. The two exchanged pins before MJF caught White and spike him with a Tombstone. White charged at MJF in the corner, bu MJF caught him with a back elbow before hitting. Diving foot stomp on White’s arm before going for the Heat Seeker, but White tossed MJF to the other side of the ring. White got back up, but MJF caught MJF by leaping over the top rope and hitting a Cutter to the outside.
Back in the ring, MJF got a single-leg hook on White for the pin, but White kicked out. MJF lowered his knee pad and tried to pick White up, but MJF tumbled on his own knee. Doc Sampson tried to check on MJF, but MJF flicked the doctor off. MJF picked White up, but White caught MJF’s injured leg and hit two ground Dragon Screws before spitting in Cole’s face while locking in the Figure Four Leg Lock on MJF. Cole was about to throw the towel, but MJF told him to leave the towel on the ground. White continued to keep the hold on MJF, but MJF was able to turn upside down to reverse the pressure of the hold, but that was until White got the rope break.
Cole tried to hit White with the belt, but White got the ROH Tag Title belt and slammed it into MJF’s head before going for the pin, but MJF kicked out at two. White got MJF’s leg, but MJF pushed White onto the referee, knocking out the referee. Cole let the Dynamite Diamond Ring on the ring for MJF to pick it up, but White intercepted MJF. White got the belt and tried to punch White in the face, but MJF caught him with a low blow. MJF got the Dynamite Diamond Ring and immediately punched The Gunns. White went for Blade Runner, but MJF evaded and punched White in the face to pick up the win & title retention. MJF stood tall to end the broadcast.
