- Jim Ross, Excalibur, Chris Jericho & Tony Schiavone welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.

Jon Moxley vs. Christopher Daniels.

The opening contest began with the two grizzled veterans locking up before Moxley got Daniels in a headlock. Moxley hit two shoulder tackles on Daniels, but Daniels responded with a drop toe-hold into a headlock on Moxley. Daniels slid under Moxley and hit a second drop toe-hold before locking in another headlock, but Moxley broke the hold by leaning Daniels into the corner and hitting two chops. Daniels hit a chop and a running dropkick on Moxley before tossing him out of the ring. Daniels went for a dive off the apron on Moxley, but Moxley evaded and hit a Backdrop on Daniels on the outside before slamming Daniels face-first into the stairs. During picture-in-picture, Moxley started posturing inside the ring before clotheslining Daniels immediately out of the ring and tossing him into the steel steps. Daniels rolled back in the ring to evade the count-out before hitting two chops, but Moxley spiked him with a Cutter.

Back form the break, Moxley got Daniels into the top tope and racked Daniels's back befoe going for a Superplex, but Daniels dropped him off the top rope before hitting a diving cross-body for a near fall. The two veterans exchanged strikes before Daniels got a backslide on Moxley for a near fall. Moxley went for a sleeper, but Daniels reversed it with a Cazadora before Moxley got back up and hit the King Kong Lariat into the Piledriver on Daniels for a near fall. Moxley tried to lock in the Bulldog Choke in the Death Rider on Daniels, but Daniels hit a back-drop before hitting a Diving Flatliner into the Bitter End on Moxley for a delayed near fall. Daniels went for a Uranage, but Moxley bit Daniels's ear before locking in a sleeper. Daniels evaded and went for a Victory Roll on Moxley, but Moxley reversed it with the Anvil Elbows before locking in the Bulldog Choke. Daniels got back up, but Moxley cinched the hold deep to make Daniels pass out for the submission win.

Daniels & Moxley shook hands after the match.

Winner: Jon Moxley.

- Lexy Nair interviewed TBS Champion Jade Cargill, Mark Sterling & Tootie Lynn. Sterling said that Cargill would beat Taya Valkyrie on the 4/26/2023 edition of AEW Dynamite, revealing that Valkyrie is barred from using any variation of the Glam Slam or she would lose the match.

- The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy), FTW Champion Hook & Isiah Kassidy cut a promo inside the ring to talk about Jeff Hardy's return and The Firm Deletion match. The man known as "Brother Nero" said that he worked really hard to be back and that he has worked really hard to love himself before declaring that he was retiring from messing up and that the future was waiting for them to prevail. Stokely Hathaway interrupted via the titantron, saying he was pissed off to the highest level of piss-tivity. Hathaway demanded an answer about what the Firm Deletion Match was but Matt Hardy said that he will reveal all when the time is right. Ethan Page, Big Bill & Lee Moriarty attacked Hook, Kassidy & The Hardys from behind before Page hit the Ego's Edge on Kassidy. The Hardys chased them off afterwards.

- There was a video package detailing the attack from Chris Jericho, Daniel Garcia & The Outcasts (Ruby Soho, Saraya & Toni Storm) on Adam Cole & Dr. Britt Baker DMD. Cole will speak on the 4/26/2023 edition of AEW Dynamite.

- Keith Lee & Dustin Rhodes cut a promo backstage, with Lee saying that he would have beaten Chris Jericho if it wasn't for Swerve Strickland. They revealed that they will team up next week.

Julia Hart vs. Kiera Hogan.

Hart ducked Hogan twice before slapping her to begin the match. Hogan ran the ropes before hitting a slap, a drop toe-hold int a hip attack, and a Curb Leg Drop on Hart for a near fall. Hart hit a Thrust Kick on Hogan before pulling her hair, but Hogan responded with forearm strikes before hitting two elbow strikes, a snap-mare into a thrust kick, and a wind-up dropkick on Hogan into the corner for a near fall. Hart hit a chin breaker and a neck-breaker on Hogan before hitting a Standing Moonsault for a near fall. Hart went for the Brutalizer, but Hogan reversed it with a pin for a near fall. Hart slammed Hogan right onto the mat before locking in the Brutalizer for the vicious & decisive submission win.

Anna Jay attacked Hart after the match, with the two foes brawling inside the ring before referees and security guards came into the ring to separate them

Winner: Julia Hart.

- Christopher Daniels was interviewed backstage by Lexy Nair but was interrupted by Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta before Jon Moxley joined them. Moxley said that Daniels was the OG, but then immediately attacked Dnaiels by ramming Daniels's head right into the locker, busting him open.

FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler), Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett (w/ Sonjay Dutt & Satnam Singh) vs. Varsity Athletes (Tony Nese, & Ari Daivari, Josh Woods) & Slim J.

Slim J and Hardwood began the match locking up before Slim J leaned Dax into the corner and firing away with punches, but Hardwood responded with a vicious, nasty, violent chop before hitting a Snap-suplex & a leg drop on Slim J for a near fall. Dax hit a body slam on Slim J before tossing Cash into a leg drop on Slim J for a near fall. Slim J hit an inside-out Tijeras on Cash to regain some footing, but Wheeler caught Slim J mid-air before he hit a power slam on Slim J. Jarrett & Lethal tagged in before hitting a Russian Leg Sweep into a Leg Drop before Team TNA & FTR strutted inside the ring, which bamboozled Dutt on the apron. During the break, Lethal hit a Twisting Neckbreaker n Slim J for a near fall before Wheeler tagged in. Lethal & Lethal tried to hit a suplex on Slim J, but Slim J evaded and tossed Wheeler onto Lethal. Daivari tagged in and stomped away at Wheeler before former ROH Pure Champion Josh Woods tagged in and hit shoulder blocks on Wheeler into the corner. Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Tony Nese tagged in and stomped away at Wheeler while Singh & Dutt shouted at Woods & Sterling before the commercial break.

Back from the break, Woods got Wheeler in a headlock down tot he mat, but Wheeler got back up and tossed Woods to break the hold before hitting a knee lift on Woods. Daivari tagged n and cut off Wheeler from tagging in Dax, but Wheeler hit a back suplex on Daivari before leaping over Nese to tag in Dax. Dax hit a series of jabs on all Varsity Athletes before things broke down, with Lethal & Wheeler tossing Slim J & Woods out of the ring. Daivari was tossed by Jarrett before Dax brought Sterling back in the ring. Jarrett accidentally hit Hardwood in the face to allow Nese to get a roll-up on Dax, but Dax kicked out. Jarrett & Dax argued before Jarrett hit the Stroke on Nese to give Dax the pinfall win.

After the match, Team JJJ & FTR argued inside the ring before Mark Briscoe calmed the tempers down.

Winners: FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler), Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett (w/ Sonjay Dutt & Satnam Singh).

0 There was a video package promoting the match between Bandido and AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy ahead of their match on the 4/26/2023 edition of AEW Dynamite.

- There was a video package of the AAA Mega Championship Match between champion Hijo del Vikingo & Dralistico before Mark Henry stated the following: "IT'S TIME FOR THE MAIN EVENT".

- Before the Main EVent, The Butcher & The Blade promised to kick the asses of KonosukeTakeshita & Kenny Omega on the 4/26/2023 edition of AEW Dynamite.

AAA Mega Championship Match.

Hijo del Vikingo (c) vs. Dralistico (w/ Preston Vance, Jose The Assistant & RUSH).

Dralistico hit a Tope Con Giro on Vikingo immediately to begin the match. Dralistico & Vikingo ran the ropes before Vikingo hit a Shotgun Dropkick and went for a Tope on Dralistico, but Dralistico side-stepped and caused Vikingo to crash back-first onto the ramp. Back from the break, Dralistico hit a springboard Swanton on Vikingo for a near fall. Vikingo & Dralistico exchanged chops & forearm strikes until Vikingo hit a Corkscrew Kick. Dralistico hit a Snap-German Suplex, but Vikingo responded with a Poison Rana. Vikingo ran the ropes, but Dralisitco evaded and hit a Springboard Canadian Destroyer on Vikingo for a delayed near fall.

Outside of the ring, Dralistico kicked Vikingo's leg before tossing him right onto the barricade before Vance & RUSH tossed him into the barricade too. Dralistico tossed Vikingo right onto the stairs getting him back in the ring and stomping away at him, with his chest busted open after Vikingo's chops earlier in the match. Dralistico hit an overhead chop on Vikingo before hitting a Thrust Kick in the corner and doing the Ingobernable Pose on the top rope. Dralistico hit an Irish Whip into an elbow strike before tossing him out of the ring with a dropkick and hitting a Triangle Moonsault on Vikingo on the outside. Back in the ring, Dralistico connected Vikingo with a Springboard Code Breaker, but Vikingo kicked out at the count of two. Vikingo got back up and hit an overhead chop, but Dralistico responded with a spinning gut kick, a knee strike, and tossing Vikingo into the corner. The two got on the top rope and exchanged strikes, but that was until Vikingo hit a headbutt on Dralistico and hit a Diving Canadian Destroyer on Dralistico, spiking Dralistico right on the apron. RUSH attacked Vikingo outside of the ring, but the referee caught him before sending everyone from La Faccion Ingobernable out of the match. Back in the ring, Dralistico got Vikingo in a Schoolboy, but Vikingo responded with a Corkscrew Kick before hitting a Coup de Grace on Dralistico for a near fall. Vikingo got on the middle rope, but Dralistico caught him with an enziguri kick before hitting a gnarly diving Hurricanrana on Vikingo to send him crashing onto the ringside floor. Back in the ring, Dralistico locked in La Mistica into the Fujiwara Arm Bar on Vikingo, but Vikingo got a rope break. Dralistico argued with the referee, which would lead to his downfall allowing Vikingo to hit the Black Mass before he hit a Diving 630 for the pinfall win.

La Faccion Ingobernable attacked Hijo del Vikingo after the match to end the broadcast, setting their sights on Vikingo & his AAA Mega Championship.

Winner AND STILL AAA Mega Champion: Hijo del Vikingo.
