On August 18, 2023, All Elite Wrestling hosted a new episode of AEW Rampage on TNT

The show was headlined by Rey Fenix facing Komander while The Outcast (Toni Storm & Ruby Soho) faced Hikaru Shida & Sky Blue. The full results are listed below.

AEW Rampage (8/18/2023).

  • Rey Fenix (w/ Alex Abrahantes) def. Komander.
  • Dr. Britt Baker DMD was interviewed by Renee Paquette backstage. Baker stated that she could not think of a better "Full Circle" moment for her than by winning the AEW Women's CHampionship at the second-ever All-In.
  • There was a vignette of Johnny TV & his dog, where he congratulated QT Marshall on winning the AAA Latin American Championship at TripleMania 31 CDMX (read about it here).
  • ROH Tag Team Championship Match: Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis) vs. Hardy Party (Ethan Page & "Brother Zay" Isiah Kassidy).
    • Aussie Open cut a promo after the match. Fletcher called MJF one of the most despicable men he had ever met
  • Stu Grayson & The Righteous (Vincent & Dutch) cut a promo backstage, where Vincent said that anyone that wants to step up to do so.
  • The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) cut a promo backstage, where they challenged Aussie Open to a match for the ROH Tag Team Championships for AEW Dynamite.
  • Sammy Guevara def. Jon Cruz.
  • Nyla Rose cut a promo backstage, where she claimed to be the most dominant former champion ever. Rose promised to remind everyone who she really is to the AEW Roster.
  • AEW Women's Champion Hikaru Shida (c) & Skye Blue def. The Outcasts (Toni Storm & Ruby Soho) (w/ Saraya).
    • The Outcasts attacked Skye Blue & Hikaru Shida after the match, but Dr. Britt Baker DMD came to the ring to make the save. The six wrestlers brawled inside & outside of the ring before the end of the broadcast.
