AEW Rampage (4/27/24) Results

* Parking Lot Fight: Trent Beretta def. Chuck Taylor by way of a Gogoplata submission.

- Post-Match: Trent Beretta attacks the leg of Chuck Taylor with a wrench and smashes it into a car window while telling Orange Cassidy it's all his fault. Also, Don Callis was shown watching the fight.

- Kyle O'Reilly, interviewed by Arkady Aura, says what's next for him is the May 11 AEW Collision from Vancouver where he gets to wrestle in front of his hometown crowd. There was no hint of his opponent nor whether he'd be wrestling before then.

* Thunder Rosa def. Deonna Purrazzo

- Purrazzo attacked Rosa post-match, potentially turning heel, but Rosa fought back. They were separated by security.

- A video shows Will Ospreay winning Casino Gauntlet.

- Roderick Strong and The Kingdom cut a promo on Will Ospreay.

* Big Bill def. Trevor Blackwell

- Chris Jericho watched the match backstage.
