Myron Reed (c) w/Jordan Oliver vs Brian Pillman Jr.
Brian runs over Myron and takes him down before Myron rolls out of the ring and Brian superkicks him from the apron. Myron mocks Brian when he chops his chest protector before hitting a suicide dive and Brian rocks him with a running knee into a slingshot senton. Brian gets two before Myron gets two off of his pin attempt before Brian hits a powerslam for two. Brian locks in an abdominal stretch before Myron hits an ax kick into a springboard uppercut for two. Myron lays into Brian with forearms before removing the chest protector and the two exchange chops.
They run at each other with a cross body before Myron kips up and clotheslines Brian repeatedly hitting an enzuigiri. Myron hits a slingshot back drop into a slingshot leg drop for two before Brian gets two off of a back slide. Brian comes back and drops Myron repeatedly before hitting a spine buster for two and a diving cross body for two. Myron counters a suplex into a stunner and a diving cutter before hitting a reverse suplex for two. Brian then chops the back of the neck of Myron before hitting a Michinoku Driver for a near fall before Myron hits an air raid crash for the pin and the win.
Winner: Myron Reed retains his MLW World Middleweight Championship by defeating Brian Pillman Jr. via pinfall.
- Myron cuts a promo backstage after the match and says that he wants Lio Rush next.
- We get a video where Los Parks cut a promo in Spanish about their focusing on attaining gold.
- Contra Unit's Josef Samael cuts a promo by video in Tunisia before Jacob chimes in and talks about the beating he put on Davey in a stairwell ahead of their title match in our main event.
- We get a backstage promo by Konnan before we get a video package for the 2020 Opera Cup that kicks off next week. We then get a graphic for the brackets as Tom Lawlor will face off against Rocky Romero, Laredo Kid vs ACH, Low Ki vs Davey Boy Smith Jr., and Richard Holliday vs TJP. Alternates included are Gino Medina, Jordan Oliver, Hijo De LA Park, Dominic Garrini and King Mo.
- Backstage Davey is interviewed ahead of his title challenge against Contra's Jacob Fatu.
- We get a graphic for Calvin Tankman ahead of his debut next week.
- The Dynasty's Richard Holliday is angry that he's trapped in the Caribbean before we see the Von Erichs with their father, training in Hawaii.
MLW World Heavyweight Championship Match
Jacob Fatu (c) vs Davey Boy Smith Jr.
They go toe to toe before locking up and Davey backing Jacob into the ropes for a clean break. Davey takes Jacob down to one knee with a side headlock before they run the ropes and try to knock each other over. Davey hits a powerslam for two before exchanging strikes and headbutts until Davey drops Jacob with repeated unanswered headbutts. Davey hits a delayed suplex for two before Jacob whips Davey into the corner and locks in a nerve hold. Jacob whips Davey again before missing a standing moonsault when Davey gets his knees up before missing a running splash in the corner.
Davey drops Jacob with a pump kick for two before Jacob counters a side suplex and Davey hits a Saito suplex. Jacob then goes up top before countering a piledriver by Davey and superkicking his spine before hitting a Samoan drop into a moonsault for the pin and the win.
Winner: Jacob Fatu retains his MLW World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Davey Boy Smith Jr. via pinfall.
- Alex comes out after the match and has words with Jacob before he's attacked and laid out by someone in a masked that the commentary team call "The Black Hand of Contra" as we go off the air.
