Wrestle Kingdom 17 has finally arrived as NJPW returns to the one-night format for their signature January 4 event.
The Double Main Event for Wrestle Kingdom 17 features Will Ospreay defending the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship against AEW's Kenny Omega as Omega returns to NJPW for the first time since 2019. The second match of the Double Main Event will see IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Jay White putting his gold on the line against the G1 Climax winner Kazuchika Okada.
Other matches on the card include the first-ever women's singles match in Wrestle Kingdom history as Cosmic Angels leader Tam Nakano challenges KAIRI, who will make her first defense of the IWGP Women's Championship along with FTR defending the IWGP Tag Team Championship against Bishamon and Keiji Muto competing in his final NJPW match prior to retirement.
The pre-show starts at 1:20 a.m. EST which includes the annual New Japan Rambo while the main card begins at 3 a.m. EST.
