  • Ian Riccaboni & Caprice Coleman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
  • Mark Briscoe was interviewed backstage after the events of the Blood & Guts Match between Team AEW & Team Elite, but he was immediately interrupted by Mike Bennett. Bennett told Briscoe he needed to keep his head in the game, but this was a trap as Matt Taven attacked Briscoe from behind from a chair. Roderick Strong appeared and told Briscoe he could never be Mr. ROH.
  • Lexy Nair interviewed The Undisputed Kingdom (Mike Bennett & Matt Taven), where they revealed they had not heard from Tony Khan about their participation in Death Before Dishonor. After that, Paul Wight revealed he was now appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of ROH, where he revealed Taven & Bennett would defend their tag titles against The Conglomeration (Kyle O'Reilly & Tomohiro Ishii).
  • Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli & ROH Pure Rules Champion Wheeler Yuta) def. Shane Taylor Promotions (Anthony Ogogo & Lee Moriarty) (w/ Shane Taylor) via Pinfall (King Kong Lariat from Castagnoli on Yuta).
    • Yuta & Moriarty argued after the match, but Taylor caught Yuta with a vicious jab.
  • Lexy Nair interviewed Red Velvet & Queen Aminata in the ring. After refusing to allow them to answer their questions, Aminata took the microphone away from Nair and stated "the bitch got what she deserved". Athena appeared on the ramp and got carried by a member of the security guards to the ring. Athena told Aminata she was not ready for her opportunity and responded that they were nothing more than two lottery-lot lizards. This led Billie Starkz to attack them from behind before Athena took off her walking boot. Aminata & Velvet fired back and attacked Athena & Starkz before Aminata grabbed Nair from her hair, but Athena hit Aminata with her walking boot before hitting Velvet with the boot. Athena then declared tomorrow's ROH Death Before Dishonor would be a war.
  • Gates of Agony (Kaun & Toa Linoa) def. SAP (Angelico & Serpentico) via Pinfall (Open The Gates on Serpentico).
  • EJ Nduka def. Jon Cruz via Pinfall (Exodus Bomb).
  • The MXM Collection (Mansoor & Mason Madden) had a vignette where they stated the time had come and so had they before revealing they would make their ROH debut at ROH Death Before Dishonor.
  • Shane Taylor & Johnny TV (w/ Taya Valkyrie) def. Lio Rush & ROH World Television Champion Atlantis Jr via Pinfall (Marcus Garvey Driver from Taylor on Atlantis Jr).
  • Abadon def. Dulce Tormenta via Pinfall (Black Dahlia).
  • Action Andretti, Fuego Del Sol, Komander & Top Flight (Dante Martin & Darius Martin) (w/ Alex Abrahantes) def. Anthony Henry, Nick Comoroto & Iron Savages (Boulder, Bronson & Jacked Jameson) via Pinfall.
  • Red Velvet & Queen Aminata had a rant backstage, where they insulted MIT (Billie Starkz & Athena) before promising they would take their titles at Death Before Dishonor.
  • The Von Erichs (Marshall Von Erich & Ross Von Erich) (w/ Kevin Von Erich) def. Dark Order (John Silver & Alex Reynolds) (w/ Evil Uno) via Pinfall (Lariat from Marshall on Reynolds).
    • Dark Order (John Silver & Alex Reynolds & Evil Uno) attacked The Von Erichs after the match, but Dustin Rhodes made the save. Rhodes laid out Silver & Uno before Reynolds got caught by Kevin Von Erich with The Iron Claw. Rhodes & The Von Erichs stood tall to end the broadcast.
