  • After a video package of ROH Death Before Dishonor (narrated by ROH Board Director Paul Wight), Ian Riccaboni & Caprice Coleman welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • ROH World Six Man Tag Team Championship Match: Dustin Rhodes & The Von Erichs (Marshall Von Erich & Ross Von Erich) (c) def. Iron Savages (Boulder, Bronson & Jacked Jameson) via Pinfall (The Iron Claw Slam on Jacked Jameson).
  • ROH World Champion Mark Briscoe cut a promo alongside his baby boy, Jay Briscoe. Briscoe put over Roderick Strong after their match at ROH Death Before Dishonor, saying he still had it but claimed he would continue to celebrate the win.
  • Top Flight (Dante Martin & Darius Martin) (w/ Leila Grey) def. Ace of Space Academy (LSG & GKM) via Pinfall (Flat Liner from Darius on GKM).
  • The Infantry (Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean & Trish Adora) cut a promo backstage, where they said Top Flight was all over AEW & ROH Television and said they wanted their dues. Bravo was bamboozled by Leila Grey joining Top Flight.
  • Robyn Renegade def. Maya World via Pinfall (Pump Handle Flatliner).
  • Melissa Santos interviewed Anthony Henry backstage but was interrupted by BEEF, his cousin. Beef wished him luck on his match tonight.
  • The Beast Mortos def. AR Fox via Pinfall (Destination Hellhole).
  • The MxM Collection (Mansoor & Mason Madden) cut a promo backstage where they declared no matter where their opponents came from, they would always come at the top.
  • Wheeler Yuta def. Anthony Henry via Pinfall (Seatbelt Cradle).
  • Lee Moriarty cut a promo backstage after winning the ROH Pure Championship from Wheeler Yuta on Death Before Dishonor, where Moriarty declared he was here to stay & prove he was one of the best technical wrestlers on the planet.
  • The Premier Athletes (Ariya Daivari & Tony Nese) (w/ Mark Sterling) def. Supastarz (Nikkie Eight & Tommy Mars) via Pinfall (Frog Splash from Daivari on Mars).
  • Anthony Henry cut a promo backstage before he was interrupted by BEEF. BEEF tried to motivate Henry after his loss.
  • Fuego Del Sol def. Jacoby Watts (w/ Nick Comorotto) via Pinfall (Tornado DDT).
  • ROH World Women's Champion Athena confused Billie Starkz with Lexy Nair before she thanked Nair for assisting in the match against Queen Aminata.
  • Brian Cage def. Rocky Romero via Pinfall (Drillclaw).
  • Melissa Santos interviewed the ROH Tag Team Champions Undisputed Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett), where Taven said they deliver every time the lights shine the brightest on them. Bennett declared they were the best tag team in the world, but they were interrupted by The Infantry (Trish Adora, Shawn Dean & Carlie Bravo) demanding a tag title rematch. Bennett & Taven accepted but told them to expect the same result as last time.
  • Dustin Rhodes came to the ring to cut a promo, where he said he would not be here today without the fans because they feed off their energy, stating his win alongside The Von Erichs was "one of the books" and promised to show them everything he has. He said he had been on his "One last ride" for over five years and hoped it would not end soon because he was having the time of his life, saying he felt confident right now and wanted more.
    The Dark Order's Evil Uno interrupted in frustration asking him if he hadn't had enough after five decades, saying he & The Von Erichs stole the Six Man Titles from them. Evil Uno said he did not give a damn about his last name, who his family is, and who was related to The Von Erichs because he had been working his ass off week in and week out before declaring Rhodes was the most selfish man in Professional Wrestling. Evil Uno said Rhodes took something from him, and now they would take something out of Rhodes. John Silver & Alex Reynolds attacked Rhodes after the promo, but Sammy Guevara saved him. Guevara laid out Evil Uno on the ramp before taking out John Silver with a Cody Cutter. Guevara was about to hit the GTH on Silver, but Reynolds pulled Silver out of the ring. Rhodes & Guevara stood tall to end the broadcast.
