  • Tom Hannifan & Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • Leon Slater def. Trent Seven via Pinfall (Swanton 450 Splash).
    • Frankie Kazarian was on commentary for the match.
  • There was a career retrospect for Joe Hendry ahead of his title match against TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth at TNA Genesis.
  • "The Personal Concierge" George Iceman welcomed Ash & Heather By Elegance for the TNA Knockout's Tag Team title Pre-Launch Party ahead of their Title match against current champions SPITFIRE (Dani Luna & Jody Threat). Iceman presented Ash & Heather with cardboard cut-outs of them holding the Tag Titles around their waist. Ash did a thank you speech, where she thanked Iceman for helping her throughout her run. Heather then said she was thankful to Ash and The Elegance Brand for her support.
Unsurprisingly, SPITFIRE (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) interrupted the party and called their "Pre-Launch Party" a case of delusion before calling them wannabe Barbie Dolls who could not keep up with the division. SPITFIRE tossed them out of the ring before destroying the cardboard cut-outs.
  • Gia Miller interviewed PCO & Sami Callihan, where Callihan & PCO said there would be chaos & unpredictability and head to TNA Genesis. PCO then said Miller did a good job in the interview.
  • Eric Young & Steve Maclin def. First Class (AJ Francis & KC Navarro) via Pinfall (Flying Elbow Drop from Young on Navarro).
  • Rosemary and TNA Knockout's World Champion Masha Slamovich for a confessional. Rosemary said they had been waiting for seven years to regain the title and bowed to regain it back. Slamovich said the only only person that stopped Rosemary from being champion was themselves and told Slamovich her would would be taken piece by piece. Slamovich then told Rosemary they would either touch the sky or drag them to hell with her.
  • The Northern Armory (Josh Alexander, Judas Icarus & Travis Williams) cut a promo, where Alexander said there was no way Mike Santana was ready to go for TNA Genesis. After that, the lights cut out to reveal Mike Santana in the crowd saying it was the return of the Bald-Ass Head before saying he would come at Alexander harder than ever as long as his heart was beating. Santana said they would hit Texas light a freight train because it would be Josh Alexander vs. Mike Santana in an "I Quit" Match at TNA Genesis. Alexander accepted the challenge but vowed to teach Santana a lesson he should have learned long ago, that his spot was the bottom of the card. Santana then said Alexander would be forced to see him face-to-face and acknowledge him as the new standard of TNA.
  • Jake Something def. Laredo Kid via Pinfall (SOMETHING BOMB).
  • There was a vignette for Ace Austin ahead of him challenging for the TNA X-Division Title against Moose at TNA Genesis, where he talked about his inspiration from The Hardys and dedicating his match to his injured tag team partner Chris Bey. Austin vowed to show Moose what the X-Division is really about.
  • If PCO and Callihan win, they're added to the TNA Tag Team Title Match at TNA Genesis: The Hardys (Matt Hardy & Jeff Hardy) def. Sami Callihan & PCO via Pinfall (Twist of Fate & Swanton Bomb Combo on Callihan).
  • Jordynne Grace appeared on the commentary, where she revealed Tessa Blanchard had not signed the contract for their match at TNA Genesis but was not surprised because it would not be the first time she did this.
  • Joe Hendry and TNA World Champion Nic Nemeth appeared in the ring for their face-to-face ahead of their match at TNA Genesis. Hendry told Nemeth he had to win this match and it was on him to take the title off Nemeth to start a new era for TNA and it would only kick off with him holding the title over Nemeth's head in victory. Nemeth understood Hendry's sentiment, but emphasized to Hendry that being World Champion is a different lifestyle that he was not sure Hendry was ready for and wanted to clear the air regarding JBL's involvement at TNA Bound for Glory. Nemeth said anything between John Layfield and himself was JBL's own business and was not happy with Ryan Nemeth getting his head taken off with a lariat by Layfield. Ryan Nemeth interrupted, with him emphasizing Hendry was not his friend was trying to manipulate him because Hendry only cared about himself. Ryan Nemeth lundged at Joe Hendry, which led to Hendry picking Ryan up; however, Nic Nemeth responded with a Superkick on Hendry. A confused Nic Nemeth stood tall.
  • Tessa Blanchard appeared after that segment to sign the contract for her match against Jordynne Grace at TNA Genesis. Grace appeared from the crowd and attacked Blanchard before getting her in the ring and hitting the Juggernaut Driver on Blanchard. Jordynne Grace stood tall to end the broadcast.
