On June 6, 2024, TNA hosted a new episode of TNA iMPACT! on AXS TV and via its YouTube channel to celebrate TNA's 20th Anniversary.
The show featured Jordynne Grace defending her TNA Knockouts Title against The Hex's Allysin Kay. The results of the show are listed below.

- After a video package recapping the events of last week, Tom Hannifan & Matt Rehwoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
- Jake Something def. Kon (Black Hole Slam).
- Kon attacked Something after the match, catching him with a chokeslam. Kon was going for the neck snap, but Eric Young made the save and took Kon out of the ring.
- Young cut a promo after taking out Kon, where he wanted to celebrate the 20th anniversary of TNA IMPACT, where he thanked the fans for being the lifeblood of the company.
- Frankie Kazarian was interviewed backstage, but they were interrupted by The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Alisha Edwards & Moose). Kazarian told the System he would take out Nic Nemeth if Moose guaranteed him a title match, which Moose agreed to.
- Gia Miller interviewed Steph DeLander regarding the love letter and the black rose given to her by PCO, saying PCO may have a crush on him. Xia Brookside said what PCO did for DeLander and thought it was sweet before saying Brookside should take some time and not make a rash decision. DeLander said she would take a week.
- Gisele Shaw def. Shazza McKenzzie via Pinfall (V-Trigger).
- There was a vignette of Rosemary, where she said demons cannot feel love and said that gods don't fail. Rosemary then said the following: "For our sins, they are gone. For our sins, those responsible will pay. We are more than our failures, we are our sins and we are many".
- Steve Maclin confronted Mike Santana backstage, where he wanted to recruit Santana to confront The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel). Santana said that phase of his career as a tag wrestler was over, but Maclin said it would be a one-and-done at Against All Odds. Santana agreed to the terms.
- Speedball Mountain (Trent Seven & Mike Bailey) def. Mustafa Ali & Campaign Singh via Pinfall (Burning Hammer from Seven on Singh).
- TNA Knockout's World Championship Match: Jordynne Grace (c) def. Allysin Kay (w/ Marti Belle) via Pinfall (Juggernaut Driver).
- "The Personal Concierge" George Iceman & Ash by Elegance watched the match from ringside.
- Sami Callihan hosted a new episode of DMTV (Death Machine Television) where he called out Jonathan Gresham. Callihan said that he had been feeling like dogshit since their match, but that feeling was too familiar to him. Callihan then challenged Gresham to a match at TNA Against All Odds.
- TNA Digital Media Championship Match: AJ Francis (w/ Rich Swann) def. Laredo Kid (c) via Pinfall (Downpayment) to win the championship.
- There was a video package of Jordynne Grace, where she said it was her turn to flip the wrestling world on its head and promised to hold both the NXT Women's Title & the Knockout's World Title over her head. Grace compared her road to that of NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez, but Grace concluded by saying she was a force of chance and promised to go down in wrestling history.
- Nic Nemeth def. Frankie Kazarian via Pinfall (Danger Zone).
- Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards attacked Nemeth after the match. Ryan Nemeth evened things out, but Moose appeared and blasted The Nemeth Brothers with the TNA World Title. Joe Hendry tried to fight off The System, but Alisha Edwards attacked Hendry with a Kendo Stick before Moose hit the Spear on Hendry, which Myers followed up by hitting an Impaler DDT before Eddie Edwards hit the Boston Knee party on Hendry. The System stood tall.
- After the beat down, Matt Hardy appeared on the titantron and invited The System to come to The Hardy Compound in North Carolina to end the broadcast.
