On February 15, 2024, TNA hosted a new episode of TNA Impact on AXS TV and via its YouTube channel.

- Frankie Kazarian def. Jake Something.
- Eric Young cut a promo backstage, where he challenged Frankie Kazarian to a match for next week.
- Jordynne Grace def. Savannah Evans (w/ Gisele Shaw).
- Gisele Shaw attacked Grace after the match with the Ultimate X. Shaw also hit Evans with the X, officially killing The Shaw-tourage before hitting a V-Trigger on Grace.
- Gia Miller was going to interview Ash By Elegance, but her assistant (George Iceman) took the microphone to introduce her. Ash revealed that she would make her TNA Debut next week.
- Before the start of "Sound Check", Simon Gotch asked Alan Angels if he liked breathing without Mechanical Assistance after Angels accidentally flickered the lights on Gotch's eyes. After Angels officially kicked off the backstage show, Gotch revealed that the match that got Alexander signed by TNA was against Gotch (from Destiny Wrestling) five years ago and that was edited out of every piece of writing. Gotch put over TNA for allowing him to air his grievances against Alexader, but the segment was interrupted by Josh Alexander. The two brawled before the camera cut.
- TNA Tag Team Championship Best of Three Series - Match 2: Bullet Club's Ace & Bey Club (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) def. Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) (1).
- Dirty Dango, Alpha Bravo & Oleg Prudius cut a promo in a race car track where he made fun of the idea of 5-Star Matches but put over Scott Norton. Dango issued an open challenge to any tag team that has a year or less of experience.
- There was a Political ad for Mustafa Ali's campaign for the X-Division Championship before saying that he would bring prestige to the X-Division Title.
- Jason Hotch & John Skyler were campaigning for Mustafa Ali backstage before Chris Sabin confronted them as he was heading out. Sabin bumped into one of Ali's supporters, to which he responded by clubbing the supporter with a forearm strike.
- TNA Digital Media Championship Match: Crazzy Steve (c) def. Rhino.
- PCO called out Kon for No Surrender. They will collide in a one-on-one match on the event happening at the Alario Center in Westwego, Louisiana.
- After playing a remixed version of Joe Hendry's theme song disguised as a diss track, AJ Francis made fun of Joe Hendry before declaring that the crowd would now have to name the show "TN-AJ Francis". Hendry was bamboozled by him receiving his receipt, but introduced a new song for AJ Francis called "Get Ready to Dive", a remix of the iconic AJ Styles theme "I Am" where he said Francis was banned from diving. Deaner & Francis attacked Hendry before Rich Swann made the save.
- There was footage of Nic Nemeth being attacked by Steve Maclin at a World Wrestling Council event in Puerto Rico. After that footage, Steve Maclin & The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) regarding his attack before Mike Bailey & Trent Seven confronted them. Seven challenged Maclin to a match for next week.
- Dani Luna (w/ Jody Threat) def. Killer Kelly (w/ Masha Slamovich).
- MK Ultra attacked Threat & Luna after the match, but they were interrupted when DECAY (Rosemary & Havok) made the save.
- Everyone Banned From Ringside Match: Moose def. KUSHIDA.
- The System (Alisha Edwards, Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards) joined to celebrate Moose's win after the match, where they attacked KUSHIDA. Alex Shelley & Kevin Knight came to the ring to make the save as the brawl ensued. Knight, Shelley & KUSHIDA stood tall to end the broadcast.
