TNA iMPACT! (4/4/2024).

  • Old-School Rules: Mustafa Ali def. Rhino via Pinfall (Push To a Table).
    • Jake Something appeared after the match, Something tossed Ali into the ring, but a security guard made the save for Ali. Something picked up the security guard and hit a Powerbomb on him.
  • Gia Miller interviewed Alex Hammerstone on the ramp, asking him if he feared Josh Alexander. Hammerstone said he had no reason to fear or wrestle Alexander, but accepted Alexander's challenge. Hammerstone did say that in their next match, everything he went through in the past would feel like child's play. After that, Hammerstone attacked the cameraman by blasting him with a forearm strike before locking in the Torture Rack on the cameraman.
  • The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) came to the ring and said everyone in the crowd was ugly before demanding challengers. Their challenge was answered by the new version of the Full Blooded Italians (Guido Mritano, Zack Clayton & Ray Jaz).
  • The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) def. FBI (Zack Clayton & Ray Jaz) (w/ Guido Miritano) via Pinfall (Assisted Diving Double Stomp).
    • Myron Reed made his TNA return, spraypainting Guido in the face.
  • There was a video package promoting the return of Jonathan Gresham to TNA. The vignette featured Gresham in group therapy saying that if he wanted people to listen to him, he had to wear a mask. A mysterious voice appeared and said the following: "If you want to be honest, then you have to live a lie. Jon, we are done with the lies".
  • Gia Miller interviewed Speedball Mountain (Trent Seven & Mike Bailey), who promised to take the tag titles from The System before Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Moose & Alisha Edwards interrupted. After a heated exchange, Trent Seven said he would knock Moose next week, to which Moose responded by telling the former NXT Heritage Cup Champion to be careful with what he wishes for.
  • Frankie Kazarian def. Chris Bey (w/ Ace Austin) via Pinfall (Fade To Black).
  • Alisha Edwards interrupted Masha Slamovich's promo proposing to form a team with Slamovich.
  • There was a vignette of Kon, where he accepted PCO's challenge for Monster's Ball.
  • Ash By Elegance (w/ George Iceman) def. Xia Brookside via Pinfall (Stack Pin).
    • Iceman tossed Champagne into Brookside's eyes, leading to Ash stacking up Brookside for the pinfall win.
  • Ace Austin apologized to Chris Bey for being kicked out from ringside during his match, but First Class (AJ Francis & Rich Swann) interrupted them. After a heated conversation, Bey told Francis that if he was about first-class flights, he had to put his money where his mouth was.
  • Matt Cardona & Steph DeLander were interviewed by Gia Miller backstage, where Cardona stated that DeLander did not need anyone's help to win the 8-4-1 Match and would become the new TNA World Knockout's Champion.
  • Nic Nemeth def. Alex Shelley via Pinfall (Zig Zag/ Danger Zone).
