  • The System (Moose Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers & Alisha Edwards) & Dirty Dango (now going by JDC) came to the ring to kick off the show. JDC said he considered The System family and declared he was there to help out The System. Moose thanked Dango for his services but emphasized that JDC was not a member of the faction yet. TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella announced "Th Road to Slammiversary" to declare contenders for Moose's title, including Josh Alexander facing Eric Young tonight, and told Dirty Dango he did not forget what happened on Against All Odds and booked Dango to a match against Ryan Nemeth tonight.
  • ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) cut a promo backstage where they called their shot at the TNA World Tag Titles against Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers.
  • SPITFIRE (Dani Luna & Jody Threat) def. the Hex (Marti Belle & Allysin Kay) via Pinfall (Torture Rack into a Spinebuster Combination on Belle).
  • House Hardy (Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy & Reby Hardy) cut a promo where they called out The System for their actions on Against All Odds & Matt Hardy promised to take over TNA.
  • Alan Angels hosted a new edition of "Sound Check" with KUSHIDA as the special guest. KUSHIDA said get was going to try and find a cure for the sickness brought upon by Jonathan Gresham. Angels said KUSHIDA was being a grifter, but that led to KUSHIDA challenging Angels to a match for next week.
  • Chicago Street Fight: Frankie Kazarian def. Ace Steel via Pinfall (Fade to Black onto a Chair).
    • Kazarian got the Chicken Wing on Ace Steel after the match, but Joe Hendry made the save and laid out Kazarian with the Standing Ovation Slam.
  • Mustafa Ali & Campaign Singh spoke backstage, where Ali demanded Singh recruit a team to find who leaked the footage from Against All Odds that could derail his campaign. After Singh's brainstorming, Ali then told Singh to book a "State of the Union" address for next week.
  • PCO & Steph DeLander went on a date inside the ring, but they were interrupted by First Class (AJ Francis & Rich Swann), who said they could not let PCO dive him. Francis then tossed a cup of wine on PCO, followed by Swann hitting a thrust kick on PCO. Francis then pushed DeLander to the side before hitting a Death Valley Driver on PCO. Steph DeLander then slapped AJ Francis, but Francis responded by hitting a Chokeslam on DeLander onto a table.
  • Ash By Elegance (w/ "The Personal Consigliere" George Iceman) def. Heather Reckless via Pinfall (Swan Dive).
    • Ash continued to attack Heather Reckless, but Jordynne Grace made the save. Grace hit a vicious lariat & a body slam on Ash. Iceman tried to get involved, but immediately backed up and gave Grace his watch. Ash then attacked Grace from behind by gauging her eyes before hitting her with the TNA Knockout's Title.
  • Jordynne Grace cut a promo backstage where she said she would speak with Santino Marella and deal with Ash by Elegance once and for all.
  • JDC def. Ryan Nemeth via Pinfall (Down & Dirty Leg Drop).
    • JDC & The System (Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers) attacked Ryan Nemeth after the match, but Nic Nemeth came to the ring and made the save.
  • Road To Slammoversary - Qualifier Match: Josh Alexander def. Eric Young via Pinfall (C4 Spike).
